Ci troviamo in Sicilia nella valle del fiume Simeto con una splendida vista dell'Etna. e delle colline circostanti. Circondata da 3 ettari di agrumeto, uliveto e con orto biologico, galline, oche, cani e gatti. Qui convergono le Acque dell'Etna che offrono magnifiche opportunità per coltivare biodiversità.
Nirav e Ajasta vivono stabilmente La casa con amici, ospiti e wwoofers. Il nostro obiettivo è l'autosufficienza economica per coloro che ci vivono rispettando il nostro bioritmo e la natura che ci circonda. Coltiviamo uliveto ed agrumeto,mandorli, fichi, melograni..... potiamo in primavera, irrighiamo in estate, concimiamo e raccogliamo le olive in autunno e le nostre arance da Dicembre ad Aprile spedendole tutte le settimane a casa dei ns.clienti/amici ed insieme ci prendiamo cura de La Casa tutti i giorni.
Dal 2013 collaboriamo con piccoli produttori di avocadi, manghi, limoni e pompelmi che crescono piu vicini al mare, coltivandoli e raccogliendone i frutti.
Ci piace fare del nostro lavoro una meditazione, mangiare cibo prevalentemente locale fresco e bio quando è possibile condividendolo con nostri ospiti.
Ogni tanto ospitiamo chi è interessato al ns. progetto e talvolta dei seminari. Sono benvenuti coloro che hanno voglia di apprendere partecipando alle ns. attività. Siamo disponibili all'ospitalità per un minimo di 2 settimane a chi veramente interessato ad una esperienza profonda.

We are located in Sicily in the valley of the river Simeto with a splendid view of Mount Etna. Surrounded by 3 hectares of citrus grove, olive grove and organic vegetable garden, chickens, geese, dogs and cats. Here converge the Waters of Etna that offer magnificent opportunities to create biodiversity. Nirav and Ajasta live permanently in the house with friends, guests and wwoofers. Our goal is economic self-sufficiency for the small community that lives here respecting our biorhythms and the nature that surrounds us. We cultivate olive, almonds, pomegranate and citrus tree, we prune in spring, we irrigate in summer, we fertilize and harvest olives in autumn and our oranges from December to April sending them every week to our clients/friends homes and together we take care of the house every day. From 2013 we work with small producers of avocados, mangoes, lemons and grapefruits that grow closer to the sea, cultivating them and harvesting their fruits. We like to make our work a meditation, eat mainly fresh and organic local food when possible . From time to time we host those interested in the project and sometimes seminars. We welcome those who want to learn by participating in our activities: . We are available for hospitality for a minimum time of 2 weeks for who is really interested in a deep experience.
