PALESTINA LIBERA! La nostra è una piccola azienda in affitto di 13 ettari, di cui 7 di boschi. La nostra è stata una scelta di vita importante, entrambi abbondantemente oltre i sessanta. Abbiamo un vigneto di mezzo ettaro ma con un impianto molto fisso di piante, un altro appena piantato di altre 460 piante, un ettaro di olivi, alberi da frutta, orto sinergico e 6 arnie. Siamo biologici ed abbiamo ristrutturato il casale secondo i principi della bioedilizia. Abbiamo 6 camere e ristorante aperto su prenotazione agli esterni. Il podere si raggiunge con 7 km di sterrato, percorribili con qualsiasi macchina. E' fondamentale che chi viene da noi sia automunito, se vuole essere autonomo, altrimenti condividerà con noi anche gli spostamenti in paese che non sono quotidiani. La permanenza minima richiesta è di due settimane. Abbiamo un appartamento autonomo riservato ai woofers dove possono avere la loro privacy, a pochi minuti a piedi da noi. Tutto quello che sappiamo lo condividiamo volentieri e siamo pronti ad imparare ed a scambiare esperienze. Parliamo inglese e spagnolo, non benissimo ma ci si può capire. Non abbiamo animali, a parte due gattine e una colonia di gatti nel bosco che accudiamo ormai da anni. ****************************** FREE PALESTINE! Ours is a small rental company of 13 hectares, 7 of which are woods. Ours was an important life choice, both of us well over sixty. We have a vineyard of half a hectare but with a very fixed set of plants, another just planted with other 460 plants, one hectare of olive trees, fruit trees, synergistic vegetable garden and 6 hives. We are organic and we have renovated the farmhouse according to the principles of green building. We have 6 rooms and a restaurant open to outsiders by reservation. The farm can be reached with 7 km of dirt road, which can be covered with any car. It is essential that those who come to us have their own car, if they want to be autonomous, otherwise they will also share with us the trips in the country that are not daily. The minimum stay required is two weeks. We have an autonomous apartment reserved for woofers, 5 minutes by walk from our house. We share everything we know willingly and are ready to learn and exchange experiences. We speak English and Spanish, not very well but we can understand each other. Amazing place!!! Can highly recommend to do the wwoof experience here with Elena and Andrea at meta vecchia. Me and my boyfriend stayed one week for the olive harvest, eventough it’s physically tiring, we felt so relaxed after these days…. This place has definitely it’s own energy, it’s so beautiful, Elena and Andrea are willing to explain and teach a lot, and these two are just amazing chefs. You will not eat better anywhere else. Thank you again for everything. We‘ll definitely come back.

Quelles belles découvertes au bout de ce chemin , de superbes paysages et Pian Di Méta , cette maison perdue dans un océan de verdure dont Elena et Andréa ont su en préserver inauthenticité la rendant confortable accueillante, entourée d’un jardin rempli d’essences aux parfums subtils , un lieu paisible , des hôtes charmants cela a été un plaisir de les aider , les activités étaient variées , entretien du jardin , embouteillage du vin , accompagner Elena chez ses fournisseurs , aide à la cuisine , j’ai pu profiter de leçons de cuisine , j’ai dégusté de très bons plats préparés maison ,et apprécié les sympathiques repas avec leurs amis . Des après midi ou journées libérés j’en ai profité pour visiter les bourgs et villages environnants , Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Montépulciano, Monticchiello , Pienza, Bagno Vignoni et bien sur Castiglione d’Orcia . Une très belle visite aussi d’Asciano et l’Abbazia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore, et quel plaisir de sillonner ces routes du Val d’Orcia . Pian di Méta est aussi le point de départ de plusieurs belles randonnées . A Pian di Méta l’ambiance est chaleureuse paisible , sereine je recommande ce woofing à tous les amoureux de la nature et des paysages Toscans et de bonne cuisine Merci , Merci à Eléna et Andréa pour votre accueil , votre gentillesse , de votre patience qui m’ ont permis de progresser dans mon italien débutant cela a été 2 semaines enchantées , j’en garde de très bons souvenirs et je serai très heureuse
