La nostra è una piccolissima azienda agricola: 13000 m2 nella prima periferia della città di Vasto. Contrariamente a quanto verrebbe da pensare la zona è molto silenziosa ed il terreno incontaminato. Da quarant'anni (tempo in cui l'abbiamo acquistato) è stato condotto in modo biologico. Siamo stati inizialmente iscritti per diversi anni all’associazione SUOLO E SALUTE per il riconoscimento ufficiale. Attualmente mio marito ed io siamo pensionati e ci facciamo aiutare nella conduzione del campo da amici e operai che paghiamo. I lavori sono: manutenzione del verde intorno casa, pulizia del pollaio e della conigliera per incrementare la concimaia, innaffio delle nuove piante di olivo, raccolta delle olive in ottobre, lavori nell'orto. L'alloggio offerto è in camera singola vicino alle nostre stanze. Comodato d'uso di una piccola macchina anche se è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi in 15 minuti. WiFi . Lingue parlate: Inglese, Francese oltre l'Italiano. Siamo abituati ad ospitare in famiglia e siamo accoglienti in modo semplice e naturale E' importante l'aiuto in campagna ma ciò che ci interessa di più è lo scambio culturale e la trasmissione dei principi del WWOOF a ragazzi delle Scuole Superiori per i quali vorremmo preparare dei progetti di alternanza Scuola-Lavoro. ******************************
Our is a very small farm: 13000 m2 on the outskirts of the city of Vasto. Contrary to what you would think the area is very silent and the land unspoiled. For forty years (the time when we bought it) it has been worked organically. We were initially enrolled for several years at the SUOLO E SALUTE for official organic recognition. Currently my husband and I are retired and we need help in the fields which we have from friends and paid workers.
