Sulle colline che si affacciano sulla città di Bologna (Colli Bolognesi) ad una altitudine di 200 metri sul livello del mare, in un ambiente incontaminato e all’interno di una zona viticola antica, la nostra azienda produce vini di alta qualità da quasi 50 anni su dieci ettari di vigneto in proprietà più sei in affitto. Oggi l'attività principale viene affiancata da mezzo ettaro di orto, qualche ettaro di seminativo e dal piccolo allevamento di maiali di razza mora romagnola allo stato brado da cui otteniamo mortadella e cotechino. Portiamo i nostri prodotti al Mercato della Terra di Bologna. La nostra cucina è casalinga e utilizza principalmente gli ortaggi dell'azienda. Durante la vendemmia l'azienda si anima e i WWOOFer saranno in compagnia di un team di giovani oltre che dei dipendenti che ci lavorano tutto l'anno. ****************************** Situated in the hills overlooking the city of Bologna at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, in an unspoiled environment and within an ancient wine-growing area, our farm has produced high quality wines for nearly 50 years - we have 10 hectares of vineyard and rent another 6. Today the main activity - wine production - is flanked by half a hectare of orchards, a few hectares of arable land and the small herd of free range Mora Romagnola pigs from which we get mortadella and sausage. We sell our products at the Mercato della Terra in Bologna. Our food is homemade and mainly uses our vegetables. During the harvest, the farm is alive and WWOOFers will be in the company of a team of young people as well as the employees who work here all year.
