La nostra azienda di circa 14 ettari totalmente biologica e situata in una stupenda vallata ai piedi dei monti berici è specializzata nella produzione di particolari ortaggi VITALI. In misura minore produciamo frutta e uova.
Grazie ad alcuni mercatini, li distribuiamo noi direttamente. Per passione personale organizzo per i numerosi clienti vari corsi di cucina Vitale in cui spiego le più avanzate ricerche sulla nutrizione cosciente. Nonché molti esempi pratici di cucina vegetariana vitale.
A seguito della ristrutturazione della mia grande abitazione mi sono trovato varie stanze dove potrei alloggiare max 2 o 3 wwoofers.
Il mio obiettivo è quello di creare un efficiente eco villaggio ove si possano praticare tutte quelle nozioni teoriche circa la vita sana lontana dalla chimica.
La zona di residenza è denominata Val Liona ove si possono ammirare paesaggi piacevoli con l'antica “valle dei molini”, le ville antiche, i sentieri, le ex cave o grotte, i sentieri dei colli, i laghetti ecc… Lingua parlata: italiano ed un po’ di inglese

Our farm covers about 14 hectares and is totally organic and located in a beautiful valley at the foot of the Berici mountains and specializes in the production of particular VITALI vegetables. To a lesser extent we produce fruit and eggs. We sell directly in markets. We organize Vitale cooking classes in which I explain the latest research on nutrition conscious, as well as many practical examples of vitale vegetarian cuisine.
I have renovated my large house and have several rooms to host max 2 or 3 wwoofers.
My goal is to create an efficient eco village where you can practice all the theoretical knowledge about healthy life away from chemicals.
