L’azienda agricola, situata nelle prime colline modenesi, a circa 15 km da Maranello in una verdissima valle chiusa raggiungibile una strada poco frequentata. I terreni sono coltivati a seminativo e zone sono boschi cedui di querce e frassini. E’ operativo dal 2001 un piccolo agriturismo, dove offriamo cucina locale con prodotti o nostri o comunque di aziende locali. Per gli amanti dei fiori, in primavera i nostri boschi regalano fioriture stupende con fiori anche rari, come il dittamo e tante specie di orchidee selvatiche, gigli, ecc… Siamo una coppia senza figli e ci piacerebbe avere qualche giovane per potere trasmettere le nostre conoscenze, forse antiche, ma sempre valide, sull’agricoltura da noi praticata da sempre con metodi naturali, da più di 30 anni. I lavori sono i più vari e dipendono dalla stagione, ognuna prevede lavori diversi, si va dalla semplice lavorazione dell’orto, ai lavori boschivi, alla fienagione, o se piace lavorare in cucina, volendo in agriturismo (essendo molto piccoli può accadere al massimo uno o due giorni alla settimana), a seconda del periodo, sarò più precisa nelle singole richieste. La sistemazione prevista per i wwoofer è una camera dell’agriturismo, con bagno interno, per i pasti saranno condivisi con noi, la nostra è una cucina onnivora, ma è sempre presente alcune portate vegetariane. Soprattutto d’estate con circa 3000 mq di orto c’è una buona varietà di vegetali. Noi parliamo solo italiano, ma riusciamo a farci capire in francese, le altre lingue usiamo Google traduttore, con i clienti dell’agriturismo. Purtroppo la zona non è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (il bus passa a circa un km 1 o 2 volte al giorno a seconda della stagione) e quindi chi viene da noi deve essere auto munito, se ha bisogno di muoversi spesso. Abbiamo comunque a disposizione un paio di biciclette. ******************************

Our small agritourism has been operating since 2001, we offer local cuisine with produce from our or other local farms. For lovers of flowers, spring in our woods offers beautiful and even rare flowers, such as the burning bush, and many species of wild orchids, lilies, etc ... We are a couple with no children and would love to have some young people here to be able to transmit our knowledge, maybe old but still valid, on the agriculture we have always practiced using natural methods, for more than 30 years. Jobs are extremely varied and depend on the season, ranging from simple jobs in the vegetable garden to in the forest, haymaking, or if you like to work in the kitchen, helping in agritourism (which is very small and open only at the most one or two days per week), depending on the season, I will can give more details when you you contact me The intended accommodation for wwoofers is a room in the farm, suite, all meals will be shared with us, we have an omnivorous diet but always cook vegetarian dishes too. Especially in the summer there is a good variety of vegetables from our 3000 m2 vegetable garden. We speak only Italian, but we can make ourselves understood in French, other languages we use Google translator, with farm clients. Unfortunately, the area is not well served by public transport (a bus passes about a km away once or twice day depending on the season) and so whoever comes should have a car if they want to travel around a lot, we have a couple of bicycles you can use.

Great experience at Guglielmo and Giuseppina's farmhouse "La Bizentina". They offer a comfortable and caring welcome and delicious meals, that are cooked with passion and a lot of experience. Recommended for those interested in food self-production and self-sufficiency. I learned a lot about the local culture and the customs and methods of the past.
Ottima esperienza presso l'azienda-agriturismo di Guglielmo e Giuseppina. A La Bizentina offrono un' accoglienza confortevole e premurosa, i pasti deliziosi sono cucinati con passione e tanta esperienza. Consigliato per chi è interessato all' autoproduzione in cucina e all'autosostentamento. Ho imparato molto sulla cultura locale e sulle usanze e i metodi di una volta.
