Ciao sono Andrea. Con mia moglie Manu e mia sorella Irene abbiamo deciso di coltivare i terreni dei nostri nonni e vivere di agricoltura. Produciamo ortaggi e frutta, conserve e confetture da agricoltura biologica.
Da alcuni anni abbiamo anche aperto un agriturismo ristorativo.
Gestiamo 15 ettari di territorio e lavoriamo con alcuni operai stagionali, collaboriamo con istituti agrari e universitá e spesso accogliamo studenti per stages e tirocini.
Cerchiamo un aiuto per lavori manuali, per coltivare il nostro grande orto, per curare i frutteti e i boschi, per fare manutenzioni o pulizie, per confezionare i prodotti. Siamo disposti a condividere la nostra esperienza e la passione per l'agroecologia.
Accogliamo solo una persona alla volta, offriamo un posto letto in casa nostra, in una camera autonoma, a chi sia disposto ad entrare nella nostra quotidianità, fatta di lavoro e famiglia, con due vivaci figli di 15 e 19 anni, e tanti GATTI in casa.
Siamo abituati ad ospitare persone e a viaggiare, parliamo inglese e francese. Se sei volenteroso e non ti spaventano i lavori umili e faticosi, se vuoi sporcarti di terra e scoprire il metodo dell'agricoltura biologica, sei il benvenuto!
****************************** Ciao, I'm Andrea. With my wife Manu and my sister Irene we decided to cultivate the land of our grandparents and live from agriculture. We produce vegetables and fruit, preserves and jams from organic farming. For some years we have also opened a agritourism and restaurant. We manage 15 hectares of land and we work with some seasonal workers, we collaborate with agricultural institutes and universities and we often welcome students for internships. We would like help with with manual work, to cultivate our large vegetable garden, to look after orchards and woods, with maintenance or cleaning, to pack our produce. We are willing to share our experience and passion for agroecology. We host only one person at a time, we offer a bed in our house, in an independent room, to those who are willing to enter our daily life, our work and family, with two lively children of 15 and 19 years, and many CATS in the house. We are used to hosting people and traveling, we speak English and French. If you are willing and not frightened of doing humble and tiring jobs, if you want to get dirty and discover organic farming methods, you are welcome!
Metodi organici: Seguiamo un lungo piano di rotazione delle colture, facciamo consociazioni in campo e seminiamo sovesci.
Da diversi anni non facciamo più trattamenti alle colture, neppure con il rame.
Usiamo le tecniche dell'agro-ecologia come sistema di prevenzione.
