Abbiamo di recente acquistato questo terreno tra foreste sorgenti e mare. Un carattere speciale di questo luogo è il silenzio alternato ai suoni della natura e che donano un senso di immersione totale negli elementi primordiali per raggiungere il centro abitato si cammina per circa mezz'ora oppure in bicicletta o in auto in 15 minuti. Lo spazio è rustico seguiamo i ritmi e ci adattiamo alla Natura, per stare qua è neccessario spirito di adattamento stile campeggio rurale: si arriva attraverso una antica strada sterrata, la notte l illuminazione c'è soltanto negli spazi comuni, per spostarti dovrai avere una tua torcia, i bagni sono a secco (compostoilet) nelle docce l acqua è scaldata dal sole. Abbiamo scelto questo luogo che ospitava un vecchio caprile con antichi segni nuragici e alberi secolari. La trasformazione che guidiamo è in permacultura nel rispetto degli equilibri presenti. Stiamo costruendo con i materiali del posto e tecniche semplici guidate da antiche maestrie. Vivono con noi gattini, galline e Pepita e Badou i nosti cani.
Gli ospiti parteciperanno e saranno guidati alle attività del momento, raccolta frutti e legna. sistemazione in permacultura, costruzioni in bioedilizia con pietre terra canne legno, preparazione dell' agroforesta, orti, cucina e trasformazione dei prodotti:

J’ai passé deux mois à Su Giogadroxu, une expérience riche et ressourçante. Le lieu, au cœur de la nature et loin du bruit, m’a permis de me reconnecter à l’essentiel.
J’y ai appris à fabriquer des briques en terre crue, faire des enduits, préparer le mortier, travailler au jardin et même récolter les olives. Travailler la terre avec mes mains a été une expérience rare et précieuse.
Efisio a un esprit très pratique, mais équilibré par la sensibilité d’Irina.
Efisio a toujours pris le temps pour montrer les bons gestes, notamment pour éviter que je me blesse un grand merci pour cela!
Le côté rustique du lieu m’a appris à lâcher le superflu et m’inspire encore aujourd’hui. Une véritable leçon de vie.
Le travail est physique, mais très gratifiant. Il faut aimer la vie simple et rustique la vraie.
Un immense merci à Efisio, Irina et leur famille pour leur accueil et tout ce que j’ai pu apprendre à leurs côtés 🫶🫶🫶.

Min vistelse på tre veckor på denna gård fick jag arbeta med lera på ett spännande och nytt sätt. Hjälpa till att bygga ett hus men också ta del av andra arbetsuppgifter på gården. Jag har fått större förståelse för platsens resurser och traditioner. Det var en mycket lärorik upplevelse! Jag fick ta del av god mat och en vacker och harmonisk plats. Jag vill tacka både Efisio och Irina för att ni tog emot mig, ert harmoniska hem och goda mat!

We volunteered at the farm for about two weeks as part of our first wooping experience. The farm is located in a beautiful landscape of hills and olive trees, excellent food cooked with love, and kittens that accompany every task.
We came with a desire to learn about mud construction, and we really got to participate in some interesting projects, although a large part of the work was not related to the topic (gardening work, and picking olives).
The accommodation was very basic - we started in a tent, and later we moved to an old building that is still in the process of being renovated. Slightly challenging conditions.
Aficio and Irina, who manage the place, host warmly and cook excellent food, but sometimes there was difficulty in communication because Aficio does not speak English and Irina is not always there.
All in all, it was a unique and educational experience. With a lot of mud, views and meeting good people from all over the world - suitable for those who come with an open attitude and with a real adventurous spirit.

Ce séjour chez Efisio et sa famille était très intéressant et enrichissant. Je le remercie de nous avoir transmis son savoir-faire et ses connaissances. L'idée du projet me plaît beaucoup! L'endroit est magnifique. Randonnées, construction de briques, le jardin, la mer plus loin, il y a différentes activités à faire pour un séjour inoubliable. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour et j'espère à bientôt.

L'expérience fut très intéressante. Nous y avons fait plusieurs travaux comme fabriquer des briques, de l'impasta et planter différentes plantes. Toutes les techniques nous furent expliquées par Efisio et Irina. L'endroit est très paisible et les animaux adorables. Efisio fait très bien à manger et il y a moyen de faire de très belles balades dans la montagne durant les après-midi de libre. Un tout grand merci à eux.

Su Giogadroxu… ein wunderschöner Ort mit Menschen deren Seele sogar noch schöner ist. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nich immer ist Efisio ein Mann vieler Worte. Aber das bin ich auch nicht 😊.
Ich arbeite sonst in einem Büro, darum war Arbeit auf Su Giogadroxu eine Herausforderung für mich. Aber sie hat mir Freude gemacht und ich habe so gut geschlafen wie noch nie 😅.
Absolute Highlits: das Essen von Efisio, die Open Air Dusche, die Tiere und das Lachen von Irina.
