Depressa frazione di Tricase (LECCE). conta circa 1.500 abitanti, prevalentemente vivono di turismo e di agricoltura rurale.
Geograficamente è posta a sud-est della provincia a 5 km dalla stupenda costa adriatica di Tricase Porto.
Piantagione di alberi, piante officinali, pacciamatura, potatura di cespugli e alberetti, pulizia manuale dell’erba, raccolta olive. Vogliamo condividere e diffondere i saperi del territorio e le varie tecniche di aridocoltura.
Le attività si svolgono prevalentemente di mattina, nelle ore più fresche ( in estate ) e si svolgono in pieno campo. Terminate le attività esperienziali, i dintorni alla masseria offrono una serie di attrattive turistiche e culturali, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta.
Il Salento è notoriamente una Terra ospitale, qui cultura, arte, tradizioni, cucina e folklore sono presenti ovunque. Nel periodo estivo, il mare e gli eventi culturali e di intrattenimento sono all'ordine del giorno, ma anche nel periodo invernale tra escursionismo e visite guidate ai monumenti storici non mancano.

Climate change due to the exploitation of natural resources is forcing us to make a radical change, so we are testing some aridoculture techniques.
Depressed hamlet of Tricase (LECCE) has about 1,500 inhabitants, mainly living from tourism and rural agriculture.
Geographically it is located southeast of the province 5 km from the beautiful Adriatic coast of Tricase Porto.
Planting of saplings, medicinal plants, mulching, pruning of bushes and saplings, manual grass clearing, olive harvesting. We want to share and spread the knowledge of the land and various aridoculture techniques.
Activities take place mostly in the morning, in the cooler hours ( in summer ) and take place in the fields. Once the experiential activities are over, the surroundings at the farm offer a number of tourist and cultural attractions, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
Salento is notoriously a hospitable Land, here culture, art, traditions, cuisine and folklore are present everywhere. In the summertime, the sea and cultural events and entertainment are the order of the day, but even in the wintertime between hiking and sightseeing to historical monuments there is no shortage.
