Piccola casa artistica con progetto di permacultura

Il progetto è appena nato, la casa è stata presa da poco ed anche per me sara una bella novita e cambio di vita.
Il posto si trova in Collina a Filetto di Senigallia con altre 4 case vicine che formano un piccolo villaggetto collaborativo.
Per ora ci sono nelle proprieta dei vicini , cani, gatti e galline.
In casa abbiamo NADA la gattina della casa.
i progetti attuali in lavorazione e futuri sono:
Orto in fase iniziale
terrazzamento e puliza boscetto adiacente
costruzione di sistema di recupero acqua piovana,
costruzione della BICI/LAVATRICE.
lavori di restauro casa generici (finestre, porte)
intonaci in terra cruda e paglia per due stanza interne (PARTENZA CANTIERE LUGLIO-AGOSTO 2024)
Mi sto approcciando solo ora alla permacultura e sto studiando ma ho gia praticato da altre parti questi tipo di lavori, quello che posso trasmettere è: MUSICA, vita di condivisione, YOGA, primi passi per un orto domestico, LIEVITO MADRE, coltivazione infusi di erbe.
Ho una dieta SOLO vegetariana, si per : uova, formaggi, latte
La camera puo tenere due persone, il bagno è in condivisione con tutti
mi piacerebbe sempre condividere il momento del pranzo e della cena insieme.
In base al clima e al tempo possiamo capire quando lavorare fuori nelle ore piu fresche se d'estate e l'opposto d'inverno.
per i pasti si mangia, cucina e pulisce insieme.
Il concetto di ospitare e condividere per me è molto importante, penso che sia bello stare insieme ma anche avere i propri spazi e momenti di silenzio. Questa casa non è gigante ed è divisa come un appartamento e si crea una dinamica come da coinquilini che vivono insieme in citta. (ecco, se non hai mai condiviso casa, per favore fammelo sapere!) Quindi se pensi di venire qui, rifletti bene su questo.
In questa casa la musica non manca perche sono musicista ed insegnante di musica.
per il tempo libero:
Nelle vicinanza abbiamo la Citta di Senigallia raggiungibile in bici 35 minuti, macchina 10 e con bus
ho una macchina che potra ogni tanto darvi un passaggio(non sara un taxi per il vostro tempo libero ma saro lieto di darvi un passaggio quando mi sposto). nel tempo libero ho dei kayak nel monte Conero, e una tavola Sup, adoro andare in bici. fuori da casa si puo passeggiare per km senza sentire il noise della citta, a 40 minuti c'è l'appennino marchigaino da visitare.

The project has just begun, the house is newly gotten and also for me it will be a nice novelty and change of life.
It is on the Hill in Filetto di Senigallia with 4 another houses nearby forming a small collaborative village.
For now on neighboring properties there are dogs, cats and chickens.
In our home we have NADA the house cat.
Current projects in the making and future projects are:
Vegetable garden in its initial stages
terracing and clearing adjacent woodland
construction of rainwater recovery system,
construction of the BICYCLE/WASHING MILL.
general house restoration work (windows, doors)
unfired earthen plastering and straw for two interior rooms (JULY-AUGUST 2024)
I am only now getting into permaculture and am studying, but have already practiced these kinds of tasks elsewhere. What I can pass on is: MUSIC, sharing life, YOGA, first steps for a home garden, sourdough starter, herbal infusion cultivation.
I have ONLY a vegetarian diet, yes for : eggs, cheese, milk
The bedroom can accommodate two people, the bathroom is shared with everyone.
I would always like to share lunch and dinner time together. We prepare,eat and clean up together.
Depending on the climate and weather we can figure out when to work outdoors, in Summer we wait for the cooler hours and the opposite in Winter.
The concept of hosting and sharing is very important to me, I think it's good to be together but also to have your own space and quiet moments. This house is not enormous and it is shared like an apartment, and there is a dynamic like from roommates living together in the city. (Here, if you've never shared a house, please let me know!) So if you're thinking of coming here, think twice about that.
There is no shortage of music in this house because I am a musician and a music teacher.
Leisure time:
In the vicinity we have the City of Senigallia reachable by bike in 35 minutes, car in 10 and by bus.
I have a car that can occasionally give you a ride (it will not be a cab for your free time but I will be happy to give you a ride when I move). In my free time I have kayaks in the Conero mountain, and a Sup board, I love to ride my bike. Nearby the house you can walk for miles without feeling the noise of the city, 40 minutes away there is the Marche Apennines to visit.

Andrea è una persona calma, accogliente e piena di energia positiva. Appena l'ho conosciuto, mi sono sentita subito a mio agio. Ha in mente un progetto straordinario per la sua casa, un’idea che combina materiali naturali e oggetti di recupero in modo davvero unico. È così affascinante che vi ritroverete subito coinvolti nella sua visione creativa! Anche se è ancora agli inizi, ho avuto il piacere di partecipare a qualche piccolo intervento e, nel frattempo, ho scoperto una persona davvero interessante e piena di sorprese.
