Unica Terra è un progetto di Orticoltura sociale e sostenibile che si sviluppa sui campi e negli spazi messi a disposizione dalla comunità di famiglie Cascina Pagnana a Gorgonzola, Il progetto è finanaziato e seguito da una cooperativa di commercio equo che si impegna nella vendita dei prodotti attraverso le sue botteghe del mondo nel territorio della martesana. I wwoofer vivranno nella casa di una famiglia della comunità e collaboreranno al progetto principalmente con Andrea, il responsabile operativo del progetto, conosceranno Antonio Corbari, agrono di riferimento del progetto e uno dei più esperti agricoloti biologici di italia già presidente di AIAB. Sperimenteranno anche un assaggio della vita della comunità fatta di spazi e momenti comuni, a contatto con i campi che circondano la cascina.
I Wwoofer avranno a che fare con la produzione di ortaggi certificati biologici e i lavori che rispetto alla stagione bisogna fare per portare avanti questa attività, collaboreranno allo svolgimento di un mercato contatino che si svolge tutte le settimane nel cortile della cascina, potranno approcciarsi all'apicoltura, alla gestione dell'uliveto, del frutteto e alla gestione delle aree verdi nelle quali è immersa la cascina.
I Wwofer saranno ospiti di una famiglia della comunità, avranno una stanza deidicata a loro dove poter avere la loro privacy. Mangeranno assieme ai componenti della famiglia spesso i prodotti stessi che si producono nel contesto della cascina o si commercializzano al mercato agricolo.
La giornata tipo prevede la partecipazione alle attività nell'orto o nella gestione del verde in mattinata assieme ad Andrea che seguirà e insegnerà agli ospiti i lavori passo passo, dopo un pranzo insieme ai componenti della famiglia ospitatne il wwoofer può scegliere come meglio crede come passare il tempo del pomeriggio, la cascina si trova a 10 min a piedi dalla metropolitana che porta al centro di Milano, il contesto della Martesana (l'area geografica ad est di Milano dove ha sede la cascina) è molto piacevole e bello da scoprire, se si vuole rimanere a godersi il contesto agricolo e immerso nella natura c'è comunque sempre qualche piccolo lavoro da portare avanti. Dopo cena la cascina rimane un posto molto tranquillo dove potersi rilassare.
La cascina Pagnana si trova a Gorgonzola, nel centro della martesana, essendo servita dalla metropolitana di Milano la visità al capoluogo Lombardo è molto facile da organizzare, senza parlare del fatto che il centro della città si può raggiungere anche in bicicletta (che potra essere messa a disposizione gratuitamente dalla cascina)n rimanendo per quasi tutto il tracciato sulla pista ciclabile che corre lungo il Naviglio Martesana progettato da Leonardo che corre dal fiume Adda fino appunto al Duomo di Milano.
Andando nella direzione opposta ci si trova in direzione di Bergamo, una dele città e dei centri storici più belli d'Italia, raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici o molto facilemnte in automobile. In bici partono molti percorsi per montain bike a pochi minuti di distanza. Con un ora di macchina si raggiungono facilmente molte camminate nelle montgne della bergamasca, nonchè il lago di Como.

Unica Terra is a sustainable and social agricultural project that unfolds on the fields and in the spaces made available by the Cascina Pagnana family community in Gorgonzola. The project is financed and supervised by a fair trade cooperative that engages in the sale of products through its world shops in the Martesana area.
WWOOFers will live in the house of one family in the community and will cooperate with Andrea, the project's head of operations. They will get to know Antonio Corbari, the project's agronomist and one of Italy's most experienced organic farmers and former president of AIAB. They will also experience community life made of common spaces and moments, close to the fields surrounding the farmstead.
WWOOFers will take part in the production of certified organic vegetables and the tasks that need to be done seasonally in order to carry out this activity, they will collaborate in the running of a small market that takes place every week in the farmstead's courtyard, as well as some beekeeping and taking care of the green areas around the farmstead.
They will be accommodated with one of the families in the community, they will have a room set aside for them where they can have their privacy. They will eat together with the members of the family, often the very produce that is grown on the farm or sold at the farmers' market.
A typical day is taking part in the morning activities in the vegetable garden or with the landscaping together with Andrea. He will oversee and teach wwoofers step by step, after a lunch together with the host family the wwoofer can choose how best to spend the afternoon.
The farmstead is a 10-minute walk from the underground that leads to the centre of Milan, the context of the Martesana (the geographical area east of Milan where the farmstead is located) is very pleasant and beautiful to discover, if you want to stay and enjoy the agricultural context and immerse yourself in nature there is always some small task to be carried out. After dinner, the farmstead is a very quiet place where you can relax and chat with members of the community.
The Pagnana farmstead is located in Gorgonzola, in the centre of the Martesana, and as it is served by the Milan underground, it is very easy to organise a visit to the capital of Lombardia. The centre of the city can also be reached by bicycle (which can be borrowed free of charge at the farm), staying for almost the entire route on the cycle path that runs along the Naviglio Martesana designed by Leonardo, which runs from the river Adda to the Duomo of Milano.
In the opposite direction is Bergamo, one of the most beautiful cities and historic centres in Italy, it can be reached by public transport or very easily by car. Many mountain bike routes start just a few minutes away. With an hour's drive you can easily reach many walks in the mountains of Bergamo, as well as Lake Como.

Merci beaucoup à Andrea et à sa famille pour ce super séjour !
J'ai passé un excellent moment au sein de sa famille et de la ferme.
Le travail est parfois un peu physique mais totalement faisable.
J'ai été un peu surprise au début de devoir travailler seule souvent ( en récolte, désherbage ou plantation) mais m'y suis vite habituée. Étant une jeune entreprise Andrea a souvent beaucoup à faire et on peut être amené à faire les chantiers seuls. Toutefois il est toujours joignable et a également fait beaucoup de récoltes avec moi.
C'est une personne très accessible et joyeux , passionné par ses légumes et par la cuisine.
J'ai notamment beaucoup appris avec lui et ses proches sur la gastronomie italienne et leur amour de la nourriture.
J'ai été accueillie par ses parents comme si je faisais partie de la famille et ils ont été aux petit soins avec moi jusqu'au bout, s'adaptant également au fait quw je sois végétarienne.
Je recommande cette entreprise qui a beaucoup à partager et qui siège dans une si belle communauté .
Il y a également plein de belles balades à faire dans les environs!
