Siamo Daniele e Sara, abbiamo due figlie piccole, gatti, un cane ed animali da piccola corte.
Siamo una azienda agricola Biologica certificata, il nostro approccio è quello di una agricoltura rigenerativa.
Una parte del terreno aziendale e la nostra attuale casa, si trovano in zona pianeggiante perlopiù coltivata a frutteti con un design tradizionale (ciliegi, albicocche, pesche, nettarine, susine, vigna, mele); l'altra parte si sviluppa a pochi minuti di distanza dalla prima, in zona pedecollinare dove stiamo realizzando diversi sitemi agroforestali e ristrutturando la nostra futura abitazione.
Ci occupiamo di produrre cibo ricco di nutrienti e della diffusione dell'approccio rigenerativo in agricoltura.

Creiamo un agroecosistema in simbiosi con la natura, in modo da poter lavorare questa terra e lasciarla più fertile e vitale di come mi è stata concessa.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di assicurare alla nostra famiglia, una vita dignitosa, in campagna, crescendo le nostre figlie a contatto con la natura in un ritmo a misura di essere umano.
Siamo una famiglia tranquilla, a casa nostra la luce si spegne presto e ci svegliamo alle prime luci dell'alba.
Produciamo ortaggi su letti permanenti e frutta sia per una piccola CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) che per la vendita diretta.
Alleviamo galline ovaiole su pollaio mobile e stiamo realizzando un progetto di agroforestazione.
La diffusione e la divulgazione di un'altro modo di fare agricoltura è parte integrante del nostro progetto: attività, lezioni, visite e piccoli corsi.
La giornata si sviluppa tra le varie attività:
gestione dei letti permanenti, raccolta ortaggi, gestione degli alberi da frutto e raccolta frutta, raccolta delle uova, manutenzione di recinti e attrezzatura, preparazione dei prodotti per la vendita.
Se interessati, si potrà partecipare anche alla ristrutturazione della casa, per mettersi alla prova anche in tal senso.
Chi decide di venire a fare esperienza presso di noi, avrà la possibilità di mettersi alla prova e rendersi conto di cosa significa realizzare un progetto agricolo imprenditoriale diversificato. La nostra azienda è perfetta per te se stai cercando un luogo dove imparare perchè il tuo desiderio è quello di diventare agricoltore.
Siamo aperti ad integrare le competenze e gli interessi di chi si unisce a noi, realizzando proposte ed attività concrete.
Le attività seguono il ciclo dell'anno, ci sono periodi molto intensi, periodi ancora più intensi e periodi leggermente meno intensi.
Un WWOOFer che si avvicina alla nostra realtà agricola lo fa perche vuole approfondire l'agricoltura rigenerativa e scoprirne le declinazioni. Possiamo essere il uno dei tanti luoghi adatti a mettersi alla prova prima di intraprendere la realizzazione del proprio progetto agricolo imprenditoriale.
Chi deciderà di condividere un periodo insieme a noi, lo deve fare con la consapevolezza di partecipare ad un progetto lavorativo, in cui lo spazio per i sorrisi non manca ma non deve mancare nemmeno la predisposizione a darsi da fare e faticare.
Mettiamo a disposizione una roulotte da 4 posti con veranda ed una dispensa rifornita per prepararsi i propri pasti durante la giornata.
Se invece siete autonomi, c'è posto per parcheggiare il vostro van.
La nostra famiglia, attualmente è concentrata appieno sul progetto agricolo ed il nostro tempo si sviluppa interamente attorno ad esso ed i momenti di convivialità saranno semplici e familiari.
La nostra realtà agricola è il luogo perfetto per chi cerca uno spazio con poche distrazioni per stare tranquillo.
La città di Faenza, in ogni caso, offre diverse attività, pur essendo una realtà provinciale ha diverse proposte sia diurne che serali: arte, svago, laboratori e corsi, musica popolare e balli tradiizionali, biblioteca, piscina, eventi, ecc.
Il mare e la riviera romagnola sono a pochi km da noi e raggiungibili sia in treno che in autobus. Le colline intorno a noi offrono diversi percorsi escursionistici (trekking e bike), le feste tradizionali non mancano.

We are a certified organic farm, our approach is regenerative agriculture.
A part of the company land and our current house are located in a flat area mostly cultivated with orchards with a traditional design (cherry trees, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, vineyards, apples); the other part is located a few minutes away from the first, in a foothill area where we are creating various agroforestry systems and renovating our future home.
We are concerned with producing nutrient-rich food and the diffusion of the regenerative approach in agriculture.
We are creating a company that brings innovation.
We grow an abundance of healthy and tasty products.
We create an agroecosystem in symbiosis with nature, so that we can work this land and leave it more fertile and vital than how it was granted to me.
Our goal is to ensure our family a dignified life in the countryside, raising our daughters in contact with nature at a pace that is human-sized.
We are a quiet family, in our house the lights go out early and we wake up at the first light of dawn.
We produce vegetables on permanent beds and fruit both for a small CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and for direct sales.
We raise laying hens on a mobile chicken coop and we are carrying out an agroforestry project.
The dissemination and promotion of another way of farming is an integral part of our project: activities, lessons, visits and small courses.
The day is divided into various activities:
management of permanent beds, vegetable harvesting, management of fruit trees and fruit harvesting, egg harvesting, maintenance of fences and equipment, preparation of products for sale.
If interested, you can also participate in the renovation of the house, to test yourself in this sense too.

The activities follow the cycle of the year, there are very intense periods, even more intense periods and slightly less intense periods.
A WWOOFer who approaches our agricultural reality does so because he wants to learn more about regenerative agriculture and discover its declinations. We can be one of the many places suitable for testing yourself before undertaking the creation of your own entrepreneurial agricultural project.
Those who decide to share a period with us must do so with the awareness of participating in a work project, in which there is no lack of space for smiles but there must also be the predisposition to get busy and work hard.
We provide a 4-person caravan with a veranda and a stocked pantry to prepare your own meals during the day.
If you are independent, there is space to park your van.
Our family is currently fully focused on the agricultural project and our time develops entirely around it and the moments of conviviality will be simple and familiar.
Our agricultural reality is the perfect place for those looking for a space with few distractions to be quiet.
The city of Faenza, in any case, offers various activities, despite being a provincial reality it has various proposals both daytime and evening: art, entertainment, workshops and courses, popular music and traditional dances, library, swimming pool, events, etc.
The sea and the Riviera Romagnola are a few km from us and reachable by train or bus. The hills around us offer various hiking trails (trekking and biking), traditional festivals are not lacking.

I had the best time at the Cimbalona!
Daniele and Sara are very nice carying people, always make sure i had everything i needed. Daniele grows vegetables and fruit in intresting new ways, and always explains the logic behind it, for me it was fascinating to learn so much about what im doing.
With Sara i had good talks, about education, family and other stuff. She is an amazing mom for their two girls, and always knew to recomend me about the best places to go.
They create a peacfull place, where you can find yourself in, conect to yourself while giving back to the soil, a home. I found that agricalture can be the key to connecting people.
To those who whant to know Italy for real, to hear some stories, laugh and eat good food that came straight from the ground, i highly recomend on this farm.
And to Sara and Daniele, thank you for everything! im sure we'll meet again.

I really struggle to find the right words to describe my experience in podere cimbalona. It was such a wonderful time that I cannot stop myself from scrolling through the pictures that I took while I was there. It is for sure now one of the most beautiful memories that I've had in 22 years of my life.
Daniele and Sara are humble, generous and kind people. As a wwoofer, you might expect that just working for a host itself is enough to be offered a place to sleep and food to eat in return. But as I watched Daniele and Sara’s hard work closely, I sometimes even felt helpless about myself, because all I could offer them was only work but nothing else. On the other hand, they always had a lot to offer me. Daniele was always willing to share his knowledge on farming. Sara cooked me authentic Italian food countless times. As soon as I got there, I started finding myself trying to come up with something that I could possibly offer them, which eventually led us to create this beautiful, never-ending flow of exchanging generosity, kindness and love in between us.
I believe that wwoof is meant for these kinds of people and also as a wwoofer, as a future farmer I hope to see more hosts/ farmers like them in every place on this planet. So please do not cut them out from your choices, only because they’ve just opened up their farm for wwoofers and don’t have comments yet! Just write to them, if you’re interested. Hope you have a meaningful experience as I did.
