Nestled in the heart of Italy, our home is a vibrant mix of sustainability, tradition, and community. We’re a small family-run project, led by ourselves (Femke and Bart and Kids Luca & Nero, moved from The Netherlands in 2022) along with our cherished animal companions: dogs (Maremanno di abruzze): Vesper - Snow - Birba, cats: Draeck - Bobbi - Cresta - Luna and some rabbits and chickens , making this a warm and welcoming place for anyone passionate about nature and good food. Our philosophy extends into the kitchen, where we turn our harvest into simple, flavorful meals inspired by local traditions. From 2025, we’ll be hosting dinners for guests, showcasing the freshness of our garden and local products like cheese and sustainably sourced meats. We avoid shortcuts—no pre-made products here—because we believe great food starts with care and quality ingredients. Our mission is to live and work in harmony with the land. We’ve embraced organic, no-dig gardening methods to cultivate a diverse array of vegetables, fruits, and herbs. In our greenhouse and garden, you'll find everything from heirloom tomatoes and leafy greens to vibrant peppers and sweet strawberries. We focus on biodiversity and grow as much as possible from our own seeds, ensuring a deep connection to the soil and the seasons. Because the Agriturismo and everything that goes with it requires us to divide our attention, we also ask that of our WWOOF'ers. A certain form of independence is therefore a requirement. We are busy with several projects ourselves, both in the vegetable garden, on the land, renovation, guests and family. For accommodations, you’ll be staying in one of our cozy apartments, the charming little house or in a tent on the property. The little house offers a rustic retreat with its own unique charm, and the bathroom is located just outside. Both options provide a peaceful space to unwind after a rewarding day working together in the garden or kitchen. For those who join us, we offer a unique opportunity to learn and share in our lifestyle. Whether it’s tending to the garden, experimenting with traditional recipes, or exploring sustainable practices, you’ll become part of our journey to live closer to nature while celebrating Italian culinary heritage. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, share good meals, and immerse yourself in rural Italian life, we’d love to welcome you to Ca' Pasquin! Life at Agriturismo Ca' Pasquin At Ca' Pasquin, life is a balance of hard work, creativity, and relaxation. We’re passionate about gardening and cooking, constantly nurturing our vegetable garden and crafting delicious meals with its bounty. Beyond the garden and kitchen, we love dedicating time to building and improving the agriturismo and its surroundings—transforming our dreams into reality, one step at a time. This means that we would ask a certain amount of self While we’re often busy with projects, we also know the value of kicking back and enjoying the fruits of our labor. Whether it’s unwinding to the sounds of deep house, diving into a thought-provoking podcast, or simply soaking in the beauty of our surroundings, we embrace moments of calm amidst the busyness. Explore the Area Our location offers plenty to discover. Enjoy scenic hiking trails through rolling hills, refreshing swims in local lakes or rivers, and picturesque cycling routes. For those who love culture, quaint villages and historical sites are just a short drive away, providing a taste of authentic Italian life.

I had an amazing time at Agroturismo Ca' Pasquin. Thank you Bart and Femke for welcoming me warmly into your home and family! So inspiring to see this ability to bring ideas to life, share creativity and passion for hosting guests, cooking great food and enjoying local traditions and culture. It was a pleasure to contribute to the numerous projects and I learned a lot! Wish you a lot of success and hope I could come back someday!

What a fabulous time we had at with you at your farm - Femke, Bart and the children (and the dogs!) - for two weeks, in September. Thank you so much for your generous hospitality and kindness to us; as you know we enjoyed our time with you enormously, and we really do hope to come back to help again.  For anyone wondering whether to WWOOF in this area of Italy, we can wholeheartedly recommend this farm: we had a really interesting variety of jobs to do (including picking produce in the polytunnels, weeding/tidying and planting crops,  mulching young trees, and composting.)  Alongside these jobs, we helped with fascinating food preparation, learning about different types of food preservation whilst chatting away around the long family meal table overlooking a stunning view. We had really comfortable accommodation and felt part of the family, learning about Italian (and Dutch!) culture. There are lovely local walks, on paths and very quiet one-track lanes.  The local villages are picturesque and interesting to visit. Good luck to you, Femke and Bart, as you start to plan for the next year of planting veg, the new goats, your new trees and more renovation work!  In summary ... we highly recommend!

Thank you so much for this beautiful and thoughtful review — it really means a lot to us. We loved having you here and are so happy to hear that you felt at home and enjoyed both the work and the time we spent together around the table. Those shared meals, chats, and days in the garden are exactly what we hope WWOOFing here can be about. We also want to say how much we appreciated the knowledge and experience you brought with you. Your 30 years of working in your own vegetable garden really showed, and it was wonderful to exchange ideas and learn from each other. The compost heap we started together is doing very well and has already become an important part of our garden — a lasting reminder of your time here. On top of that, your ability to take initiative was incredibly valuable. You were hardworking, thoughtful, and always happy to get stuck in, which made working together very easy and enjoyable. You would truly be an asset to any farm, and we can wholeheartedly recommend you to other hosts. It was a real pleasure working alongside you, and we’re grateful for all the help, care, and positive energy you brought to the farm. September was a lovely time to share, and we truly hope our paths will cross again in the future — you’re always very welcome back. Thank you again for your kindness, your enthusiasm, and for taking the time to write such a generous recommendation. Wishing you all the best, and hopefully see you again one day in Piemonte 🌱 Ciao, All @ Pasquin

I stayed at Ca' Pasquin for 2 weeks and had an absolutely amazing time. Although I was a bit nervous at first, as I was travelling alone and it was my very first wwoofing experience, I immediately felt welcomed. It was wonderful to feel included and to become part of the daily life there. During my stay I learned a lot about the garden, but also about living more closely with nature and enjoying a slower, more mindful rhythm. The work was varied and rewarding, and there was always a good balance between helping out, sharing meals, and having time to relax. The food was truly excellent, full of flavour and creativity, and it made every meal something to look forward to. Combined with the warm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, it made the whole experience very special.
