Abbiamo delle galline in libertà non accettiamo più i cani.. Dal 20 maggio al fine giugno cerchiamo aiuto anche per l orto estivo.
.Non siamo una azienda dunque l 'aiuto che chiediamo è per le attività varie da fare nella giornata! Cucinare, pulire interno esterno, giardinaggio e lavori fuori e dentro...
Siamo una coppia sessantenne ,italo-francese. Dino è restauratore al museo archeologico Paolo Orsi di Siracusa, ma anche realizzatore di sculture e scenografie per il teatro .Originario di un paese Madonita (centro sicilia) ,si è lanciato nel recupero di un terreno nella riserva naturale di Cavagrande del Cassibile. il progetto è quello di conservare questo angolo intatto di paesaggio Ibleo, reimpiantando piante della macchia mediterranea. Trovare forme di sinergie tra il luogo ed alcuni interventi reversibili di "Land Art" con materiali naturali presenti nel luogo.
Helene, pittrice sulla seta ,partecipa alla creazione di una vita collettiva , con attività condivise sul territorio ..(lotta antincendio, passeggiate , ecc.

Cura e raccolta delle carrube,
cura di un orto
cura di un frutteto
lavoro di pulizia del terreno e tagliafuoco
ripristino di muretti a secco.
Lavori di rifinitura del casale {pergola, terrazza.. Ecc}
Abbiamo bisogno di un aiuto generico nel nostro quotidiano, cioè mantenere l insieme della proprietà funzionante, cioè anche aiutare a cucinare o pulire i spazi comuni.
Per il mese di luglio e agosto preferiamo ospitare coppie che rimangano almeno 3 o 4 settimane.o singole persone interessate anche a fare da soli i custodi della proprietà . C'è molto caldo e bisogna innaffiare solo le piante .
Siamo flessibili negli orari, Decidiamo insieme .
Ospitiamo i nostri volontari , in una roulotte, o una casetta di legno nel bosco , anche nel casale.
Partecipiamo al movimento Balfolk Sicilia , Dino a costruito una bella piazza dove si può ballare.
Balliamo anche in piazza a Siracusa.
Dino interviene nella campagna mantenendo un desiderio di estetismo ed ecologia ed è un intenditori delle erbe selvatiche che cucina seguendo le tradizioni siciliane . Adora cucinare e ritrovare i sapori antichi.
la scultura e la ceramica sono altre delle sue passioni artistiche.
Helene cerca dei percorsi antichi da fare riscoprire , siamo circondati da cave e siti archeologici .
Abbiamo una meravigliosa spiaggia a 5km , la spiaggia dei gelsomini.
We are a 60-year-old Italian-French couple. Dino is a restorer at the archaeological museum Paolo Orsi in Syracuse but also maker of sculptures and stage sets for the theater. Native of the Madonie (center Sicily) he has launched into the recovery of a plot of land in the natural reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile. The project is to preserve this intact corner of the Iblean landscape, planting mediterranean scrub plants, find forms of synergy between the place and some reversible interventions of" Land art" with natural materials present in the place. Helene is a painter on silk, she participates in the creation of a collective life with shared activities on the territory; struggling fire, market of local producers, walks, recycling activities.

we are flexible in schedules we decide together
we host our volunteers in a trailer or a log cabin in the woods or in the newly renovated Farmhouse. Meals are taken together in the kitchen.
we are very active in the" Bal folk " European movement.
Dino has built a beautiful square where we dance once a month during the day of the market. Helene leads the dances and Dino plays the organetto.
there are many dancers and musicians who join us of course we also dance every Friday in Piazza Duomo in Syracuse.
Dino act in the countryside maintaining a desire for aestheticism and ecology and he is a passionate of wild herbs that he cooks Following Sicilian traditions.
he loves to cook and rediscover ancient flavors. Sculpture and ceramics are other of his artistic passions.
Helen seeks out ancient paths to rediscovered. We are surrounded by Quarries, and archaeological sites.
