Azienda agricola in appennino parmense con coltivazione funghi!

Ciao, siamo Franca e Roberto, viviamo in provincia di Parma, alle porte del Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, tra Emilia Romagna e Toscana. Attualmente con noi vivono 4 cani da pastore e 3 cavalli. Viviamo in una azienda agricola, costituita da 25 ettari tra boschi di cerro e prati stabili naturali, dove produciamo fieno biologico per l' alimentazione dei nostri cavalli; inoltre abbiamo intrapreso una attività di coltivazione di funghi commestibili e medicinali (io sono Micologa); infine, entrambi, svolgiamo un altro lavoro esterno all'azienda. Attualmente stiamo ristrutturando un immobile che fa parte del podere perché abbiamo in progetto di aprire un b&b, basato sul concetto di ospitalità rurale, quindi un luogo dove sarà possibile, oltre al pernottare, partecipare ad attività collaterali come escursioni nel bosco, passeggiate a tema micologico, eccetera. In tale immobile abbiamo ricavato una stanza singola, con bagno ad uso privato, per ospitare chiunque si voglia avvicinare alla nostra realtà, conoscerci meglio ed aiutarci nelle mansioni quotidiane. Vi è inoltre una piccola cucina ed un salotto con camino. Le nostre attività giornaliere, nelle quali verrete coinvolti, sono: -mantenere in stato di decoro gli spazi esterni -progetti di rinnovamento immobili -coltivazione dei funghi commestibili e medicinali - manutenzione della scuderia o dei paddock dove pascolano i cavalli (riparazione dei recinti, cura del legno, eccetera), nonché degli immobili presenti in azienda -nella stagione estiva (giugno/luglio) pulire i prati e fare il fieno -curare l'orto -fare la legna -fare brevi escursioni, raccolta ed identificazione funghi Il periodo migliore per sfruttare al meglio le giornate, è quello primaverile-estivo e fino all'autunno, e preferiamo rimaniate un minimo di 2 settimane, ma siamo disponibili ad accogliervi anche in inverno. In automobile: circa 15 minuti dalla azienda ci sono i paesi di Berceto e Borgotaro, borghi di montagna dotati dei servizi basilari, ospedale compreso; il castello di Bardi è raggiungibile in un'ora, la città di Parma in un'ora di automobile oppure con il treno, il mare della Liguria in un'ora di automobile oppure con il treno. In treno: la stazione dei treni è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla azienda, ed in poco tempo si possono raggiungere la pianura padana oppure il mare della regione Liguria. La connessione a internet è possibile. Vi aspettiamo a Ghiare per una entusiasmante esperienza! ---o----o-----0-----o----o--- Hi, we are Franca and Roberto, we live in the province of Parma, at the gateway to the National Park of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. We currently have 4 shepherd dogs and 3 horses living with us. We live on a 25-hectare farm, consisting of turkey oak woods and natural stable meadows, from where we make organic hay to feed our horses; we have also undertaken growing edible and medicinal mushrooms (I am a mycologist); finally, we both do other work outside the farm. We are currently renovating a small building that is part of the farm because we plan to open a b&b. Based on the concept of rural hospitality, it will be a place where it will be possible, besides staying overnight, to participate in other activities such as hiking in the woods, mycological themed walks, etc. On that property we have carved out a single room, with a bathroom for private use, to accommodate anyone who would like to approach us, get to know us better and help us with daily tasks. There is also a small kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. Our daily activities, in which you will be a part of, are: -maintaining outdoor spaces in a state of decorum. -projects for property renovation -cultivation of edible and medicinal mushrooms - maintenance of the stable or paddocks where the horses graze (repairing fences, wood care, etc.), as well as the buildings on the farm -in the summer season (June/July) cleaning the meadows and making hay -tending the vegetable garden -making wood -doing short hikes, picking and identifying mushrooms The best time to make the most of the days, is spring/summer and into autumn, and we prefer you to stay a minimum of 2 weeks, but we are also available to accommodate you in winter. By car: about 15 minutes from the farm are the towns of Berceto and Borgotaro, mountain villages with basic services, including the hospital; the castle of Bardi can be reached in an hour, the city of Parma in an hour by car or by train, the sea of Liguria in an hour by car or by train. By train: the train station is a 5-minute walk from the farm, and in a short time you can reach the Po Valley or the sea of the Liguria region. Internet connection is possible.
