Hello Woofers, we are a husband and wife team: Paul and Angelica and mixed culture (French/American/Italian). We live in Southern Sardinia.
We have had our Farm since 2021. We grow and produce aromatic herbs organically and have fruit trees as well a small olive grove. We also keep bees for honey and pollination. In addition, we have six chickens, a dog and a cat.
Our daily routine includes feeding the animals, watering our vegetable plot and plants and weeding. We collect and dry herbs and use them in aromatic salts. In the summer, depending on the weather, we might go for a swim before dinner.
We grow a vegetable plot/garden which produces food for us and our guests, or any woofers. We host events regularly on the land.
We eat a lot of vegetablea but we also eat meat and fish.
Paul is a contemporary artist, and he does art on the land. Angelica is a nature based curriculum writer.

Ciao Woofers, siamo un team di marito e moglie: Paul e Angelica e di cultura mista (francese/americana/italiana). Viviamo nel sud Sardegna.
Abbiamo la nostra azienda agricola dal 2021. Coltiviamo e produciamo erbe aromatiche in modo biologico, abbiamo alberi da frutto e un piccolo oliveto. Alleviamo anche api per il miele e l'impollinazione. Inoltre, abbiamo sei galline, un cane e un gatto.
La nostra routine quotidiana comprende dare da mangiare agli animali, annaffiare l'orto e le piante e diserbare. Raccogliamo ed essicchiamo le erbe e le usiamo per i sali aromatici. In estate, a seconda del tempo, possiamo fare una nuotata prima di cena.
Coltiviamo un orto/giardino che produce cibo per noi e per i nostri ospiti, o per eventuali ospiti. Ospitiamo regolarmente eventi sul terreno. Mangiamo molta verdura, ma anche carne e pesce.
