Sono Miriam (classe 86), assieme a mio marito Mirco (classe 78) gestiamo dal 2016 la fattoria Vintlerhof. Qui è nata nel 2019 anche nostra figlia Linda. La fattoria era dismessa da decenni e noi ne abbiamo creato il nostro sogno. Il Vintlerhof è l'unica fattoria bio-sociale in Alto Adige. Si tratta di un'azienda multifunzionale certificata biologica che, attraverso le attività agricole (coltivazione di verdure, cereali, tuberi, frutta, allevamento di galline, maiali, pecore, asini, anatre, api) e gli altri ambiti della vita in fattoria (agriturismo, lavorazione dei prodotti, scuola in fattoria, asilo nel bosco, punto vendita, interventi assistiti con animali), unisce aspetti sociali e biologici per creare benessere per le persone più deboli e per la popolazione locale. Nella fattoria, molte persone in situazioni di vita difficili imparano, attraverso progetti di integrazione lavorativa, le competenze e le abilità di cui hanno bisogno per affermarsi successivamente nel mercato del lavoro "normale". Quindi da noi c'è sempre un via vai di persone di tutti i colori e ognuno con il suo "peso" più leggero o pesante da portare.
Siamo degli appassionati dei giochi da tavolo e ogni martedì ospitiamo una serata di giochi da tavolo aperta a tutti.
A seconda della stagione e del tempo metereologico le attività cambiano moltissimo. Quasi l'intero lavoro si svolge sui campi di verdura, erbe e cereali o nel vigneto o frutteto (esclusa la vendita e parzialmente la lavorazione dei prodotti) . Con il maltempo le attività sono soprattutto all'interno (trasformazione, burocrazia, etichettatura). Gli animali invece vanno cibati, abbeverati e puliti sempre. Gran parte delle attività si svolgeranno di mattina.
AL MOMENTO POSSIAMO ACCOGLIERE PERSONE CHE VENGONO IN GIORNATA E SOLO NEI MESI DAL 15 GIUGNO AL 15 AGOSTO IN MODO STABILE CON UNA PERMANENZA MINIMA RICHIESTA DI 2 SETTIMANE. La colazione e la cena possono essere preparate in autonomia nella cucina condivisa utilizzando tutti i nostri prodotti, mentre il pranzo viene cucinato da noi.

I am Miriam (born in 86) and together with my husband Mirco (born in 78) we have been running the Vintlerhof farm since 2016. Our daughter Linda was also born here in 2019. The farm had been abandoned for decades and we made it our dream. The Vintlerhof is the only bio-social farm in South Tyrol. It is a certified organic multifunctional farm that, through its agricultural activities (growing vegetables, cereals, tubers, fruit, rearing hens, pigs, sheep, donkeys, ducks, bees) and the other areas of farm life (agrotourism, product processing, farm school, forest kindergarten, shop, animal-assisted interventions), combines social and biological aspects to create wellbeing for the most vulnerable people and the local population.
On the farm, many people in difficult life situations learn, by work integration projects, the skills and abilities they need to establish themselves later in the ‘normal’ labour market. So there is always a flurry of people of all colours and each one with his or her own lighter or heavier ‘weight’ to carry.
We are board game enthusiasts and every Tuesday we host a board game evening open to everyone.
According to the season and the weather, activities will vary greatly. Almost all the activity takes place in the vegetable, herb and cereal fields or in the vineyard or orchard (excluding the sale and partly the processing of products) . In bad weather, activities are mainly indoors (processing, bureaucracy, labelling). Animals, on the other hand, must be fed, watered and cleaned at all times. Most of the activities will take place in the morning.
AT THE MOMENT WE ACCEPT ONLY PEOPLE THAT COME DURING DAYTIME AND IN THE MONTHS FROM 15TH OF JUNE TILL 15TH OF AUGUST WE ACCEPPT ALSO PEOPLE THAT STAY HERE FOR MINIMUM 2 WEEKS. Breakfast and dinner can be prepared on your own in the shared kitchen using all our products, while lunch is prepared by us.
