Musei, visite a città etc. Noi ci incontreremo ogni giorno e saremo a tua/vostra disposizione per qualunque cosa. Ci vedremo a pranzo e condivideremo i nostri sogni. Clima mite e aria buona. Quindi FAI SQUADRA CON NOI E VIVI UNA NUOVA AVVENTURA FUORI DALLA TUA CONFORT ZONE. PARTECIPA ALLA NOSTRA VITA QUOTIDIANA E IMPARA A COLTIVARE BIO CON NOI! Hi, I'm Lucia. I own a family-run organic and natural winery for four generations. We have 15 hectares of vineyards, a wine cellar for tastings, a parking area for campers, mostly from Europe but also from around the world, and a vacation home that hosts mostly foreigners. We're simple, welcoming, and passionate about our work. We're three people who work on the farm: me, my partner Andrea, and my cousin Francesco, who loves the countryside and nature. In fact, he often goes hunting for mushrooms and truffles in the woods or fishing with his Lagottos. Andrea is passionate about cooking traditional local dishes, and I love vegan cuisine and homeopathy. I also love my job and showing my passion in everything I do. From creating my wines in the cellar, which are different every year because I love experimenting, to welcoming campers, welcoming visitors, and hosting tastings. I enjoy interior design, so I've decorated all these spaces according to my own style: simple yet original. I have four cats at my house that live on the farm. In my free time, I enjoy walking, knitting, reading, and tasting natural wines. Our activities include pruning and clearing in the winter and harvesting in late summer. These are simple tasks that you can contribute to, and we believe in, environmental sustainability. We have seasonal workers with whom you can learn and share moments of daily life. You can learn to prune and perhaps apply this knowledge to your future career. In the winter, we start working in the fields at 8:00 am until 12.00 pm, with Sundays off and all afternoons and evenings free. The harvest begins early in the morning, from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm. Then we enjoy lunch together with traditional dishes and our wines. The home has three spacious bedrooms and sleeps six, a spacious living room and bathroom, a reading room, and a large garden. It's surrounded by hillside vineyards, just 10 minutes from two towns that offer everything you need. In the winter, the house has a pellet stove in the kitchen that burns all day, while the bedrooms are equipped with small electric convectors that work in the evening and wonderful bed warmers for sleeping so you can sleep soundly. The bathroom has an electric heater. It's a recently renovated country house from the early 1900s. In addition to the home, we provide our small car, a small motorcycle, and bicycles. From the nearest train station, you can catch a train to Milan, Genoa, and Parma in just over an hour. You'll be able to dedicate your free time to your activities, such as museums, city tours, and more. We'll meet every day and be available for anything. We'll meet for lunch and share our dreams. I love interacting with different cultures. I love teaching how to make and taste natural wines; I'm an official taster. You'll learn our natural winemaking methods in the cellar. You'll be immersed in nature and reconnect with nature, good food, and fine wine. You'll be able to meet new people and enjoy moments of relaxation or visit cities, hills, the sea, and mountains, all just over an hour away. We're located in southern Lombardy, near the Emilia region. The climate is mild and the air is fresh. So, TEAM UP WITH US AND EXPERIENCE A NEW ADVENTURE OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE. PARTICIPATE IN OUR DAILY LIFE AND LEARN HOW TO GROW ORGANIC WITH US!

I spent a wonderful week here. Lucia, Andrea, and Francesco welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like part of the family immediately. The vineyard work was rewarding, and the shared lunches were absolutely delicious filled with laughter and great conversation. It is a beautiful place with generous people who genuinely care about their WWOOFers. I learned a lot, felt right at home, and really hope to return. Grazie mille!"

I had a beautiful experience here. Lucia, Francesco and Andrea are incredibly generous, caring people and it was a joy to get to know them. The work was easy going and not too strenuous and the food and wine were incredible! I loved every single frosty morning and cosy afternoon and would happily return for another stay here, it was amazing.

Thank you, Dorit. Your kindness was immense, both to us and to the kids. You were thoughtful to everyone, and you were great at sharing daily chores with the other wwoofers. You're very young yet very responsible. Your laughter was contagious. Your work was excellent. We too can't wait to have you back. Hugs and good luck for your beautiful future! Hugs from Lucia, Andrea, and Francesco

Me and my partner spent a wonderful week here in December, helping with the pruning. Absolutely too short and we hope to return! We were immediately welcomed by the joyful, generous and inclusive atmosphere. Lucia and her family truly cares about providing an extraordinary wwoofing experience! The lunches were beyond delicious and filled with laughter and conversations, warming both hearts and stomachs for the rest of the day. In the evenings we cooked our own dinners from the abundance of groceries provided by Lucia. During this time in the winter, the rooms were a bit cold, but there were heating blankets in the beds and fireplaces in the kitchen and living room. We were not too cold, but it’s good to bring warm cloths in this period. The area around the farm was beautiful and perfect for long walks, and we could borrow a car. We never felt isolated or out of things to do during the free time. This is a very warm and lovely place, perfect for learning both wine making and Italian, while enjoying good food and company, and contributing in meaningful activities. Un grande abbraccio e a presto!

My experience at Sparano Capelli was truly amazing! Lucia and Andrea are the queen and king of hospitality! The couple is tremendously generous and always make sure that the Wwoofers are happy and have everything they need. The work was wonderful, we took care of pruning the vines with Francesco and Igor who were amazing mentors! The site is beautiful with the most amazing view! They always encouraged us as well to discover other Italian cities and made sure to show us the Italian culture. The food was amazing and the house where we stayed was perfect. I will always remember my time at Sparano Capelli as a very beautiful experience! I highly recommend it! A big thank you to Lucia, Andrea, Francesco, Igor and Liu! Grazie per tutto!

Possessione Sparano Capelli is a special place run by truly kind, hard working people. This was my first WWOOFing experience so I wasn’t sure what to expect going in but Lucia immediately welcomed me into the fold with open arms. She supplied extra clothes for working in the field, cooked delicious Italian lunches every day of the week, and allowed us to use the car for day trips to Milan and Geneva. I couldn’t have asked for a better first WWOOFing experience and feel very lucky to have met these incredible people. I hope to be back!

No words can describe how welcoming and warm Lucia and Andrea are. I spent 10 days on their farm and even though it wasn’t a long stay, it felt incredibly rich thanks to the amazing atmosphere they create. I could repeat everything people have already written here — the great accommodation, the work that’s easy and doesn’t take long, the lovely farm workers, the openness of the hosts, and their willingness to share every detail about growing grapes, making wine, or running the farm. But most of all, it’s truly special to come to Lucia and Andrea’s home and instantly feel like part of their “family,” where trust, respect, care for one another, and mutual support are the foundation — along with curiosity, long conversations, even more laughter, and countless molto bene after every bite of traditional Italian dishes cooked by L. and A. Even though wwoofing usually means exploring different farms, I honestly can’t imagine not coming back there. We bonded with the other wwoofers (sending hugs if you’re reading this!), there were seven of us, and still there was plenty of space for everyone — it never felt crowded. The accommodation made it super easy to spend time together, playing guitar, cooking, or having morning coffee before work. I already miss this place. Thank you again, Lucia, for all your heart and effort — and I hope to see you again soon.:)))

Hi Oliwia, thank you for taking care of our vineyards and also of the wwoofers who were with you in the house at the time. Each of you has a specific task when you arrive and connect with the others: some cook, some clean, some light the stove, some drive the small car, some plan the trips. In short, I really enjoy this exchange and taking on responsibilities. I appreciated yours, which was important but never overwhelming: always with kindness, attention, and care for your companions. Thank you so much for the beautiful energy you have transmitted to me. We warmly embrace you and look forward to seeing you whenever you like! Happy New Year. Lucia, Andrea, and Francesco
