Az Agricola e allevamento cavalli

Mi Chiamo Francesco ho una piccola azienda agricola dove produco olio d'oliva biologico e allevo cavalli. ho in progetto di produrre latte di cavalla per i suoi impieghi terapeutici
Le attivita' svolte sono quelle di curare le piante occupandoci anche di frutticoltura. Coltivare un orto, con produzione di salsa di pomodoro, melanzane sott'olio e marmellate.
Ci soffermiamo a fere il pane, e produciamo anche formaggio.
Le persone saranno ospitate in un bilocale indipendente con bagno e cucina, che si trova attaccato alla casa dove vivo ioda solo durante la settima e mi raggiunge la famiglia per i fine settimana, sempre all' interno della fattoria.
Ci prepariamo il pranzo e la cena convivendo i commensali.
Nel mio tempo libero faccio equitazione ed anche escursioni a cavallo.

My name is Francesco I have a small farm where I produce organic olive oil and breed horses. I plan to produce mare's milk for therapeutic uses
The activities carried out are caring for plants and also fruit growing. We tend a vegetable garden, producing tomato sauce, aubergines in oil and jams.
We bake bread, and also produce cheese.
The people will be housed in an independent two-room apartment with bathroom and kitchen, which is attached to the house where I live on my own during the week and I am joined by my family for weekends, always on the farm.
We prepare lunch and dinner together.
In my spare time I do horse riding and also go horseback riding.
