Adoriamo andare in bicicletta e a camminare in montagna. Lucilla Galeazzi -- We are Tommaso and Agnese — a winemaker and an architect — brought together by our love for a land we've learned to cultivate and cherish. Originally from Turin, in 2020, after traveling and gaining experience around the world, we decided to start an organic winemaking project in Dogliani, beginning with a small vineyard of Dolcetto and Barbera grapes. With patience and dedication, we’ve taken small steps forward, and today we produce nearly 10,000 bottles a year. With us there is Giun, our dog, who we found as a puppy among the vines. In 2023, we bought a house next to the vineyard, which we are slowly renovating to live in and in the future welcome guests. For now, we divide our time between Turin and Dogliani. Something we've always said is: “If one day we can no longer travel the world, we'll bring the world to us.” Our daily activities revolve around the vineyard and the cellar, following the rhythm of the seasons. The vineyard is a living, complex organism that requires constant care. Everything starts with good soil management and pruning during autumn and winter. In spring and summer, the vines grow rapidly, and we spend a lot of time guiding their development. Then comes harvest time — a moment of intense work, but also joy and celebration. There’s so much to learn: green pruning, identifying plant diseases, treating sick vines… and in the cellar, discovering the transformation of grapes into wine. You’ll learn how and when to rack the wine, and most importantly, how much care it takes to produce a natural and high-quality product. WWOOFers will share our home with us. Meals will be shared, but there is also a kitchen available for those who prefer to cook independently. We love music — Agnese sang for years in a choir, while Tommaso writes and performs his own songs. You’ll also have the chance to explore ceramics, which Agnese has been experimenting with for some time. We also love cycling and hiking in the mountains and the sea is just an hour's drive from us. We also really enjoy cooking and moments of sharing with friends! We live in a somewhat secluded spot, but it's not far from the village. Bicycles are available to help you get around, although unfortunately, we don’t have an extra car. We’re happy to welcome you and to share our passions with you! "I want a home for many people, Solid and warm, welcoming and simple, Strong and true, where music plays Morning and night, throughout the days. Where poetry has its bed — That’s the roof over my head." Lucilla Galeazzi

I've had a really lovely time at Tommaso and Agneses place! They just started hosting wwoofers but communicated really clearly, had an amazing place to house the wwoofers and had very reasonable "work"hours. They know so much not only about ofcourse their wines, but also about the region and they really put an effort in showing me around as much as they could. Tommaso was happy to explain a lot about the work in the vineyard and in the cellar, so I leave their place with a lot more knowledge about wine! Besides all the exploring opportunities, Tommaso (and also his parents), Agnese and ofcourse the dog Giun are just very nice to be around, which made the experience one I could really recommend to everyone :). Tommaso and Agnese, once more: really thanks for having me at your place and I wish you nothing but the best! -Emma
