Ciao mi chiamo Giuseppe, per tutti gli amici "Peppe", vivo a Piane di Falerone con mia moglie Adele. Noi parliamo solo Italiano.
La mia esperienza lavorativa è stata da sempre nel mondo agricolo e zootecnico, ho per lungo tempo gestito allevamenti di pollame, sopratutto per la vendita. Sono un esperto conoscitore di flora e Fauna selvatiche. Gestisco un orto abbastanza esteso che garintisce per la maggior parte dell'anno, prodotti freschi per me e per la mia famiglia, nipoti inclusi.
Inoltre durante l'autunno mi impegno nella produzione di olio d'oliva, a partire dall'impianto di olivi che porto avanti con metodi estensivi. Ci occupiamo direttamente di tutte le fasi di produzione e gestione delle piante: potatura, sfalcio, preparazione del suolo, concimaziuone e alla fine la raccolta e la molitura e trasformazione in impianti che garantiscono un elevatissima qualità del prodotto finale.
Tra il lavoro nell'orto, le lavorazioni ed i pomeriggi passati nell'uliveto, le giornate finiscono molto presto ed è già tempo di rientrare in casa per riposarsi davanti ad un buon piatto ed un bicchiere di vino. Avrei piacere di scambiare le mie conoscenze agronomiche con giovani volenterosi che abbiano voglia di imparare le pratiche agricole tradizionali della regione Marche, con un aiuto pratico in tutti i lavori in campagna.
Pranzeremo e Ceneremo insieme, se vi farà piacere e naturalmente condivideremo gli ambienti della casa. Tutti i wwofer potranno utilizzare la stanza degli ospiti dedicata.

La valle del fiume tenna e tutta la provincia di Fermo è sicuramente una zona ricca di storia e cultura: lo stesso Falerone fu prima di una fortificazione medievale un insediamento Romano, ne restano segni tangibili nel teatro, nelle terme, nei muri dell'acquedotto. D'estate il litorale e la montagna ( i nostri monti Sibillini) offrono straordinari momenti di relax e divertimento.

Hi, my name is Giuseppe, "Peppe" for all my friends, I live in Piane di Falerone with my wife Adele and we speak only Italian.
My work experience has always been in the agricultural and livestock world, I have managed poultry farms for a long time, especially for sale. I am an expert in wild flora and fauna. I manage a fairly large vegetable garden that guarantees fresh products for most of the year for me and my family, including grandchildren.
Furthermore, during the autumn I am committed to the production of olive oil, starting from the planting of olive trees that I carry out with extensive methods. We directly take care of all the phases of production and management of the plants: pruning, mowing, soil preparation, fertilization and finally the harvesting and milling and transformation in systems that guarantee a very high quality of the final product. Between the work in the garden, the processing and the afternoons spent in the olive grove, the days end very early and it is already time to return home to rest in front of a good dish and a glass of wine. I would be happy to exchange my agronomic knowledge with young volunteers who want to learn the traditional agricultural practices of the Marche region, with practical help in all the work in the countryside. We will have lunch and dinner together, if you like and of course we will share the rooms of the house. All wwofers will be able to use the dedicated guest room. Washing machine and laundry available to guests for their needs. The valley of the Tenna river and the entire province of Fermo is certainly an area rich in history and culture: Falerone itself was a Roman settlement before being a medieval fortification, tangible signs of which remain in the theater, the spa, and the walls of the aqueduct. In summer, the coast and the mountains (our Sibillini mountains) offer extraordinary moments of relaxation and fun.
