Azienda agricola in sicilia, a pochi km da Cefalù

Ciao, mi chiamo Cesare, ho 35 anni e vivo nel comune di Tusa a circa 17km da Cefalù.
Conduco la mia azienda agricola aperta da pochi mesi da solo, i miei compagni di vita e lavoro per ora sono Chaos e Athena due meravigliosi e dolcissimi pittbull.
In questo momento mi occupo prevalentemente della produzione di agrumi ed olio extravergine di oliva, oltre a questo al momento ho fatto un orto per produrmi il cibo in autonomia.
Ho appena aperto l'azienda e attualmente dei miei quasi 5 ettari solo 2 sono in attività produttiva, i restanti 3 sono completamente da riprendere perchè il terreno era in stato di abbandono da circa 6 anni e, trovandomi al confine con il meraviglioso bosco di Tardara (bosco costituito prevalentemente di splendide quercie da sughero), la vegetazione è inesorabilmente avanzata nel terreno, rendendo i meravigliosi ulivi secolari presenti difficilmente accessibili.
In base al momento dell'anno i lavori principali sono:
potatura ulivi, potatura agrumi, ripristino della parte di terreno in abbandono ( pulitura terreno da rovi con potatura alberi), piantumazione e mantenimento orto, lavori di recinzione della proprietà.
nella casa insistono 2 camere da letto una matrinoniale ed una singola, possibilità anche di 1 divano/letto matrimoniale in cucina.
Mi piace stare in estremo contatto con la natura, vicino alla mia azienda agricola ci sono delle meravigliose spiagge, per lo più poco affollate, nelle quali godersi tramonti incredibili, sentieri per fare passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta che passano in mezzo al meraviglioso bosco di Tardara che con le sue caratteristiche querce di sughero vi accoglierà con sentieri che arrivano fino Tusa, un meraviglioso borgo con un panorama dal quale si vedono tutte le isole eolie.
I 2 paesi più vicini sono Castel di tusa a circa 7km, Finale di Pollina 10km, e Tusa 9 km, mentre a 16km troviamo S.Stefano di Camastra (famosissimo per le sue ceramiche) e Cefalù a 18km famosissima meta turistica della Sicilia che vi accoglierà con le sue spiagge e il meraviglioso borgo antico.
Hello, my name is Cesare, I’m 35 years old and I live in the municipality of Tusa, about 17 km from Cefalù.
I run my own farm, which I opened just a few months ago, by myself. My current life and work companions are Chaos and Athena, two wonderful and incredibly sweet pit bulls.
At the moment, I mainly focus on the production of citrus fruits and extra virgin olive oil. In addition to that, I’ve started a vegetable garden to grow my own food independently.
I’ve just launched the business and, for now, only 2 of my nearly 5 hectares are in productive use. The remaining 3 hectares need to be fully restored because the land had been abandoned for about 6 years.
Being right on the edge of the magnificent Tardara forest (a woodland mainly made up of beautiful cork oaks), the vegetation has inevitably encroached upon the land, making the wonderful centuries-old olive trees there difficult to access.

We are a couple and were at Ceaser for two weeks and we liked it very much we had a lot of free time for that we had to work 4 hours he did a lot with us also together with his friends and family we also cooked together and he showed us how he cooks fig jam and tomato sauce which we could take with us at the end the sea is not far away and the food was always very delicious we will gladly come back next year
