Macerata
Hello! We are Giorgio and Monica. Since 2011, we have been running our farm, driven by the desire to live close to nature and to cultivate our products with love and respect for the environment.
Farm activities vary throughout the year, depending on the season you choose to visit. They may include: olive harvesting (usually October to early November, depending on the season), orchard pruning, gardening, small outdoor maintenance work, biscuit production, organizing the farm spaces, bottling, and labeling products.
We’re always happy to arrange a video call to explain the activities planned for the period you’re interested in and to answer any questions.
Guests will have access to a private house near our farm and home — fully renovated and equipped — or a camper during the summer months.
In the garden of the WWOOF house, you’ll be welcomed by our dog Sunny, and you may occasionally meet my parents, who live independently in another house on the property. You’ll also meet our curious cat Mima… they’re both adorable! :)
Breakfast and dinner can be prepared and enjoyed independently in the house where you’ll stay, which has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, and freezer. We take care of grocery shopping together with our WWOOFers, ensuring everything is available according to dietary preferences. Lunch, instead, will be a shared moment — a time for connection and exchange.
This arrangement is designed to respect everyone’s routines and schedules, allowing WWOOFers to feel at home and organize their days comfortably.
We love traveling and learning about new cultures and people. We also enjoy walking in nature, and there are many beautiful trails nearby where you can explore the surrounding countryside. Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find a riding stable, and nearby there are charming medieval towns to visit. See you soon🌸🐞🌳

Ciao siamo Giorgio e Monica,
Amiamo viaggiare e conoscere nuove culture e persone.
A presto 🌸🐞🌳

My friend Lisa and myself were not able to stay the week with Monica and Giorgio due to a family emergency and flying back the day after we got there. Even so, Monica and Giorgio were so welcoming, extremely helpful, kind and understanding, before and during our short visit.
They gave us a taste of what life is like there for them, and it was lovely to meet Monica's parents and friends the night we were there at a local village fair, they were there selling their produce/products. It felt like we had known them for ages and were made to feel so welcome and at home.
We plan to go back out there next year, which we are very much looking forward to, fulfilling our Wwoofing experience with them.
If you get an opportunity to have a Wwoofing experience with Monica and Giorgio, we would highly recommend it, they are passionate about their life and work, running a successful azienda agricola, and living their dream in a beautiful part of Italy.
Grazie mille Monica e Giorgio, a presto!

I could not even describe in words, how deeply enriching, inspiring, soul-nurturing and simply wonderful my experience on Monica ´s & Giorgio ´s farm was! Monica and Giorgio are two of the kindest, loveliest souls ever and their being is reflected in everything they do and their whole place, which is absolutely stunning and makes you feel immediately at ease and at home.
Monica was SO considerate about the work, and made always sure that it is diverse and that you are feeling comfortable and enjoying yourself.
We shared so many beautiful moments, conversations and laughs and I truly wish to come back one day, with the ability to joke together in italian :D
Grazie mille!!! Thinking back to my time with you, will always feel me with warmth <3

I have too many kind things to say about Monica and Giorgio that I don't know where to begin! From day one, they were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so at home and taken care of. The property itself is in one of the most beautiful landscapes, with options for hikes and scenic walks. We stayed in what they call their 'holiday home', which exceeded our expectations, and shared delicious meals in their house or at Monica's parent's place. We had told them that we were most interested in the olive harvest and olive oil making process, so after a hard day's work harvesting, they put extra effort into bringing us to the mill to get a tour of the machines and do a tasting of the fresh olive oil. We also helped in the vegetable and herb garden, as well as packaged their products. Monica was such a good communicator, and made sure that we were happy with the work we did and comfortable with the amount of hours we worked. We had so many laughs, shared countless stories, and bonded over our love for their cat Mima. I hope to return soon and will cherish all the memories <3 <3 Grazie mille
