Piccolo podere di 13 ha (7 di bosco) sulle Colline Metallifere a 35 Km dal mare dove viviamo da alcuni anni e che coltiviamo secondo i principi dell'agricoltura naturale di Fukuoka. Raccogliamo erbe spontanee aromatiche e officinali, le essicchiamo, facciamo conserve di frutta e verdura di stagione. Abbiamo un piccolo vivaio di piante spontanee e aromatiche, 3 piccoli cani e 6 gatti. Chiediamo aiuto per: accudire gli animali, la raccolta delle erbe spontanee, la cura delle piantine del vivaio, i lavori nell'orto sinergico, la manutenzione del bosco con l'apertura di nuovi sentieri per escursioni guidate, i nuovi recinti, la cura dell'oliveto, fare il pane e le conserve. Ospitiamo una o due persone per un periodo concordato non inferiore a due settimane e anche per lunghi periodi. La sistemazione è in una camera della casa o in un appartamento vicino. Chiediamo di usare solo prodotti naturali per la pulizia personale. Offriamo cibo prevalentemente vegetariano e biologico. Parliamo inglese e un po’ di francese.

Small farm of 13 ha (7 forest) on the Metalliferous Hills 35 km from the sea where we have been living for several years and which we cultivate according to the principles of natural agriculture in Fukuoka. We collect aromatic and medicinal herbs, we dry them, we make preserves of seasonal fruits and vegetables. We have a small nursery of wild and aromatic plants, 3 small dogs and 6 cats. We ask for help with: taking care of the animals, collecting wild herbs, taking care of the seedlings in the nursery, working in the synergistic garden, maintaining the forest with the opening of new trails for guided hikes, new fences, taking care of the olive grove, making bread and preserves. We host one or two people for an agreed period of not less than two weeks and also for long periods. The accommodation is in a room of the house or in a nearby apartment. We ask to use only natural products for personal cleaning. We offer mainly vegetarian and organic food. We speak English and some French.
