"Solidarietà oltre i confini, contro l'abbandono della campagna, per una vita viva" - il motto che faceva nascere CCC nel 1992 (frutto della lotta contro i missili nucleari a Comiso) non ha perso la sua validità. L'appezzamento, situato sulle colline dei Monti Iblei, tra Comiso e Chiaramonte Gulfi, comprende 4 ha di terreno con caseggiati rurali, in parte ristrutturati, di cui uno adibito a piccolo B&B e gli altri ad abitazioni private.
Attualmente vivono a CCC Renate ('57), pittrice, che porta avanti il progetto sin dal suo inizio. E Iano ('83), musicista, che è qua dal 2024.
I wwoofers parteciperanno a tutte le faccende di vita in campagna, dalle raccolte: mandorle, carrube, olive, timo, fichi, alla cura del terreno e dell'orto, alle potature e al taglio della legna da ardere, alla preparazione del pane, marmellata e sciroppi...
Chi viene qua trova una vita semplice connessa ai ritmi della natura.
Corrente e acqua calda ci arrivano dal sole (impianto fotovoltaico 12V non collegato alla rete).
Crediamo che l'attenzione alle azioni quotidiane sia fondamentale per creare il mondo che desideriamo. Facciamo parte di una rete di persone che si sostengono attraverso baratto, mutuo aiuto e scambio di conoscenze.
I Wwoofer, massimo due, sono ospitati nel caravan. Preferiamo soggiorni di almeno 2 settimane. Si condividono pasti vegetariani/vegani.

"Solidarity across borders, against the abandonment of the countryside, for a lively life" - our motto from 1992 (the result of the struggle against the nuclear missiles in Comiso) is still valid today. The plot, located in the hills of the Monti Iblei, between Comiso and Chiaramonte Gulfi, comprises 4 hectares of land with rural houses, part of which have been renovated, one of which is used as a small B&B and the others as private homes.
Currently living in CCC is Renate ('57), a painter, who has been running the project since its outset. And Iano ('83), musician, who stays here since 2024.
The wwoofers will take part in all the chores of life in the countryside, from harvesting: almonds, carobs, olives, thyme, figs, to tending the soil and the vegetable garden, pruning and cutting firewood, making bread, jam and syrups

Whoever comes here finds a simple lifestyle in harmony with nature. Heat and electricity come from solar panels.
