L’azienda, biologica dal 2006, coltiva cereali, orto, frutteto, vigna e un piccolo bosco. Qui si possono sperimentare e confrontare tecniche vecchie e nuove anche alla luce di un'agricoltura non intensiva ma di qualità nel rispetto del suolo e di uno sviluppo sostenibile. Questo luogo nasce dal mio sogno: dopo 25 anni di lavoro come educatrice nelle scuole d'infanzia, un'esperienza di ludoteca e di animatrice teatrale, ho sentito il bisogno di far vedere che c’è "ALTRO", altri sapori, ritmi, suoni, sfumature, emozioni. Il tema che mi sta a cuore ed al centro dell’attività didattico-educativa e creativa è il significato del cibo per bambini/e e adulti in questa epoca. Si organizzano laboratori dove il FARE arricchisce il sapere con il valore della manualità. L'incontro con l'artigiano Gino Chabod ha offerto all'azienda la possibilità di proporre laboratori di manualità in diversi campi (falegnameria, pannelli solari fai da te). Lo spirito e lo stile dell'accoglienza è molto famigliare e conviviale.

The farm, organic since 2006, cultivates cereals, a vegetable garden, an orchard, a vineyard and a small forest. Here you can experiment and compare old and new techniques also in the light of non-intensive but quality agriculture in respect of the soil and sustainable development. This place was born from my dream: after 25 years of work as an educator in nursery schools, an experience as a playroom and a theatre animator, I felt the need to show that there is "OTHER", other flavours, rhythms, sounds, nuances, emotions. The theme that is close to my heart and at the centre of the didactic-educational and creative activity is the meaning of food for children and adults in this age. We organize workshops which enriche knowledge with the value of manual skills. The meeting with the artisan Gino Chabod offered the farm the possibility to propose workshops of manual skills in different fields (carpentry, DIY solar panels). The spirit and style of the welcome is very familiar and convivial.
