Siamo un’azienda agricola famigliare fondata nel 2009, situata nel parco naturale del Monte Subasio su una collina distante 6 Km dalla città di Assisi.
Siamo due fratelli, Nevet e Tsuf, e nostra madre Noa.
Il nostro progetto è per la maggior parte autosufficiente: l’acqua arriva da una sorgente, la corrente elettrica dai pannelli fotovoltaici, e la maggior parte del nostro cibo viene dall’orto, dal frutteto, e dai campi.
Le attività agricole variano molto a seconda della stagione:
Avviare l'orto, fare talee e innesti, potare gli ulivi e alberi da frutta in primavera;
Prendere cura delle api, raccogliere legna nel bosco, raccogliere frutta, verdura, lavanda e altre piante officinali in estate;
Raccogliere noci e olive in autunno;
Poi ci sono le attività quotidiane come: prendere cura degli asini e delle galline, fare la manutenzione delle macchine agricole, dei recinti, e dei sistemi elettrico e idrico.
Siete benvenuti per un periodo da uno a due settimane. L’alloggio è in un soppalco privato dentro casa oppure per i più avventurosi in tenda (in estate).
I pasti sono condivisi, tutti partecipano in cucina e nelle faccende domestiche.
La nostra dieta è vegetariana e chiediamo di rispettare il luogo senza fumo e alcolici.
Le lingue parlate sono Italiano, Inglese ed Ebraico; uno di noi parla anche Francese, Spagnolo e Portoghese.

We are a family farm founded in 2009, located in the natural park of Mount Subasio on a hill 6 Km from the city of Assisi.
We are two brothers, Nevet and Tsuf, and our mother Noa.
Our project is mostly self-sufficient, the water comes from a spring, the electricity from solar panels, and most of our food comes form the garden, orchard, and fields.
The agricultural activities vary a lot depending on the season:
Restarting the vegetable garden, make new trees by cuttings and grafts, pruning the olive and fruit trees in the spring;
Taking care of the honeybees, picking wood in the forest, harvesting fruit, vegetables, and lavender in summer;
Harvesting walnuts and olives in autumn.
Then we have the everyday tasks like: Taking care of the donkeys and chickens, maintenance of the equipment, fences, and the electrical and water systems.
You are welcome for a period from one to two weeks. The accommodation is a private loft in our house or for the more adventurous we can offer a tent (in summer).
The meals are shared, everyone participates in the kitchen and chores.
Our diet is vegetarian and we ask to please respect the place without smoking and alcohol.
We speak Italian, English and Hebrew; one of us also speaks French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
