Ciao, siamo Saverio e Francesca, ci siamo trasferiti nelle Marche nel
2023 per cominciare qui il nostro progetto agricolo e di micro-ristorazione.
Saverio è agricoltore e artigiano della terra cruda da molti anni, Francesca è apicoltrice e fermentatrice.
Saverio ha due bimbi che due volte al mese sono con noi per il fine settimana.
Abbiamo 4 gatti e un cane e presto vorremmo avere delle galline.
Facciamo agricoltura biologica e rigenerativa, con minima lavorazione e letti permanenti.
Abbiamo iniziato a piantumare alberi e varie essenze sperimentando l'agroforestazione sintropica successionale, ragionando per processi visto la poca acqua disponibile.
In programma abbiamo di completare alcune parti dell'azienda come il laghetto, una piattaforma che protegga la cisterna dell'acqua, i canali di infiltrazione dell'acqua.
A seconda del periodo dell'anno i lavori possono essere leggermente differenti, ma lavoriamo sempre facendoci un programma settimanale.
In estate ci piace cominciare presto la mattina, fare una lunga pausa dopo pranzo e poi ricominciare quando arriva il fresco.
Almeno un giorno alla settimana è lasciato al completo riposo.
Abbiamo una casetta di legno molto bella e confortevole che sarà esclusivamente dedicata al woofer.
In casa ci sono due bagni che sono a disposizione di noi abitanti e degli ospiti e in estate è disponibile anche una doccia esterna.
I pasti verranno preparati insieme e saranno principalmente vegetariani. Data la nostra grande passione per la cucina, il cibo che si assaggerà sarà molto buono :)
Nel tempo libero ci piace leggere, ascoltare la musica e fare passeggiate. Ci piace la montagna e fare escursioni, ma anche rilassarci in casa, coccolare i nostri bimbi e i nostri animali o dedicarci con calma a cucinarci un buon dolce.

Hi, we are Saverio and Francesca, we moved to the Marche region in
2023 to start our agricultural and micro-restoration project here.
Saverio is a farmer and raw earth artisan, Francesca is a beekeeper and fermenter.
Saverio has two children who twice a month are with us for the weekend.
We have four cats and a dog, and soon we would like to have chickens.
We do organic and regenerative farming, but we farm with very little water since we do not have a well.
We are experimenting a lot with agroforestry and syntropic farming.
We plan to complete some parts of the farm such as the pond, a platform to protect the water tank, water infiltration channels.
Depending on the time of year, the work may be slightly different, but we always work by making a weekly schedule.
In summer we like to start early in the morning, take a long break after lunch, and then start again when the cooler weather arrives.
At least one day a week is left for complete rest.
We have a very nice and comfortable little wooden house that will be exclusively for wwoofers.
There are two bathrooms in the house that are available to us residents and guests, and an outdoor shower is also available in the summer.
Meals will be prepared together and will be mainly vegetarian. Given our great passion for cooking, the food that will be savored will be very good :)
In our spare time we like to read, listen to music, and take walks. We enjoy the mountains and hiking, but also relaxing at home, pampering our babies and pets, or taking our time to bake a good dessert.
