Ciao, mi chiamo Giovanni, ho 43 anni e da 15 anni gestisco, insieme alla mia famiglia, una piccola azienda agricola olivicola con annesso agricampeggio nel cuore del Salento.
Le nostre attività principali ruotano attorno alla produzione di olio extra vergine di oliva e all' accoglienza dei nostri ospiti, ai quali offriamo una cucina genuina basata sui prodotti della nostra terra. Oltre agli ulivi secolari, dedichiamo molta cura al nostro orto biologico e al pollaio, che sono il cuore pulsante dei nostri pasti condivisi: qui produciamo ortaggi di stagione e raccogliamo uova fresche ogni giorno.
Vivere con noi significa seguire il ritmo della natura: la mattina iniziamo presto, quando l'aria è ancora fresca.. prima tappa il pollaio per salutare le galline , dare loro da mangiare e raccogliere le uova. Poi ci spostiamo nell'orto: a seconda della stagione, ci occupiamo della semina, del trapianto e della raccolta..ci riuniamo poi per pranzo, cucinando insieme e scambiando esperienze e racconti. Durante le ore più calde ci riposiamo, per poi riprendere con piccoli lavori nell'uliveto o nell'area campeggio.
Offriamo ospitalità in tenda, sotto il cielo stellato del Salento.
Amo tutto ciò che è natura. Il Salento, dove vivo, è una terra magica caratterizzata da una natura fiera e un mare incantevole. Cerco persone che abbiano voglia di sporcarsi le mani, imparare i segreti dell'agricoltura mediterranea e condividere con noi la bellezza della vita rurale.

Hello, my name is Giovanni. I am 43 years old and, for the past 15 years, I and my family have been running a small olive farm with an adjoining farm campsite in the heart of Salento.
Our main activities revolve around the production of extra virgin olive oil and welcoming our guests, to whom we offer authentic cuisine based on the produce of our land. In addition to our centuries-old olive trees, we devote a great deal of care to our organic vegetable garden and chicken coop, which are at the heart of our shared meals: here we grow seasonal vegetables and collect fresh eggs every day.
Living with us means following the rhythm of nature: we start early in the morning, when the air is still cool... first stop is the henhouse to say hello to the hens, feed them and collect the eggs. Then we move to the vegetable garden: depending on the season, we tend to the sowing, transplanting and harvesting... we then gather for lunch, cooking together and sharing experiences and stories. During the hottest hours we rest, before resuming with small tasks in the olive grove or the camping area.
We offer accommodation in tents, under the starry skies of Salento.
I love everything about nature. Salento, where I live, is a magical land characterised by rugged natural beauty and an enchanting sea. I’m looking for people who are keen to get their hands dirty, learn the secrets of Mediterranean farming and share the beauty of rural life with us.
