Le attività agricole solo quelle tipiche di un’azienda viticola, in base alle stagioni potatura, stralciatura, legatura, scacchiatura, pallizzatura.
Inoltre nel periodo di vendemmia oltre alla raccolta c’è anche parecchio da fare in cantina.
Inoltre implementeremo un piccolo orto sinergico a partire dalla primavera 2025
Sia nella parte di vigna che di cantina avrei da condividere con i WWOOFer tutta l’esperienza accumulata negli anni da dipendente in varie aziende agricole e quella imparata nelle mie vigne senza dimenticare la tradizione che mi viene tramandata da nonni zii e papà tutti agricoltori.
La giornata potrebbe svolgersi partendo con una bella colazione poi si parte con i vari lavori del periodo fino a pranzo.
Pomeriggio si prosegue con le mansioni e i WOOFEr saranno liberi di visitare i dintorni o godersi nella bella stagione la piscina.
I WWOOFer avranno a disposizione un intero appartamento composto di due camere bagno e cucina con salone. Dovranno prendersene cura e pulirlo in modo appropriato.
Per quanto nelle nostre possibilità si mangia tutti insieme in caso di impegni elevati, orari non combacianti o anche perché no per scelta del WOOFEr stesso sarà messa a disposizione la dispensa della casa per prepararsi i propri pasti.
A noi piace molto cucinare stare all’aria aperta e prendersi cura del giardino senza farsi mancare un po’ di sport.
Nei dintorni dell’azienda ci sono passeggiate e percorsi per escursioni in bici.
La città di Acqui Terme ha un centro storico molto carino e vivace e un museo archeologico interessante.
Inoltre dalla stazione di Acqui terme si raggiungono agevolmente in treno Milano, Genova e Torino

Hi, we're Enrico and Giulia and along with our 4 cats: Sminchio, Kalì, Gigi and Bella we produce natural wine in Acqui Terme.
The agricultural activities are the typical ones of a winery; according to the seasons pruning, stripping, tying, checkering, trellising.
Also in the harvest period in addition to harvesting there is also quite a lot to do in the winery.
We will also implement a small synergistic garden starting in spring 2025.
In both the vineyard and winery part I would have to share with the WWOOFers all the experience accumulated over the years as an employee in various farms and that learned in my vineyards without forgetting the tradition handed down to me from grandparents uncles and dads all farmers.
The day could unfold starting with a nice breakfast then we start with the various jobs of the period until lunch.
Afternoon will continue with the tasks and WWOOFer will be free to visit the surroundings or enjoy the swimming pool in the nice weather.
WWOOFer will have at their disposal an entire apartment consisting of two rooms bathroom and kitchen with living room. They will have to take good care of it and clean it properly.
As far as it is within our possibilities we all eat together in case of busy schedules, non-combining schedules or even why not by choice of the WWOOFer themselves the pantry of the house will be made available to prepare their own meals.
We really enjoy cooking, being outdoors and taking care of the garden without missing out on a bit of sports.
There are walking and biking trails near the farm.
The city of Acqui Terme has a very nice and lively historic center and an interesting archaeological museum.
In addition, from the Acqui terme station you can easily reach Milan, Genoa and Turin by train.
