Ciao, sono Simone e da qualche anno ho lasciato il lavoro da dipendente con ritmi frenetici per vivere in mezzo alla natura ❤️
La mia è una Azienda Agricola Zootecnica Biologica, mi trovo tra i Monti Iblei, paesaggio e posti incantevoli, un luogo incontaminato, lontano dalla città, nel cuore di una vallata in mezzo alla natura.
Allevo bovini allo stato semi-brado, poi ho 35 galline.. 3 cani.. 10 gatti ecc...
Mi dedico pure alla raccolta di erbe spontanee, funghi..
Mi piace fare l'orto e produrre qualcosa per l'autoconsumo.
Le giornate si svolgono seguendo i ritmi della luce naturale.. quindi sveglia all'alba e si va al pascolo a vedere dove è la mandria.. poi si accudiscono gli animali in stalla.. si da del fieno.. si da da mangiare a cani, gatti, alle galline..
Poi in base alla stagione si dedica il resto della mattinata a tante altre attività.. preparazione dei terreni per la semina in autunno.. o mietitura e sistemazione dei foraggi in primavera.. poi il resto dell'anno sistemazione recinzioni.. pulizia stalle.. manutenzioni varie.. ci si dedica all'orto 🥰 .. ecc..
I WWOOFer saranno ospitati nella casa contadina, tutto in condivisione.
La casa è accogliente, e c'è il necessario.
Ho un impianto fotovoltaico a isola, non collegato alla rete, quindi luce, acqua calda e frigorifero.
Poi scaldabagno a legna, e stufa a legna per l'inverno.
Chi vuole può venire in tenda o in camper.
I pasti verranno preparati e consumati insieme.
Io ascolto molta musica..
Mi piace fare escursioni.. e qui non mancano luoghi da visitare.
Potete raggiungermi arrivando in autobus da Ragusa o da Catania alla fermata bus di Giarratana, dove posso venire a prendervi.

My farm is an organic livestock farm. I'm located in the Hyblaean Mountains, a landscape and enchanting places, a pristine place, far from the city, in the heart of a valley surrounded by nature.
I raise semi-wild cattle, and I also have 35 chickens, 3 dogs, 10 cats, etc.
I also collect wild herbs and mushrooms.
I enjoy gardening and producing something for my own consumption.
The days unfold according to the rhythms of natural light... so we wake up at dawn and go to the pasture to see where the herd is... then we take care of the animals in the barn... we give them hay... we feed the dogs, cats, and chickens...
Then, depending on the season, the rest of the morning is dedicated to many other activities... preparing the land for planting in the fall... or harvesting and sorting the fodder in the spring... then the rest of the year we fix fences... cleaning the stables... various maintenance... we work in the garden 🥰... etc.
WWOOFers will be hosted in the farmhouse, everything is shared.
The house is cozy, and has everything you need.
I have an off-grid photovoltaic system, so it provides electricity, hot water, and a refrigerator.
I also have a wood-burning water heater and a wood-burning stove for the winter.
Anyone who wants can come in a tent or camper.
Meals will be prepared and eaten together.
I listen to a lot of music.
I like hiking, and there's no shortage of places to visit here.
You can reach me by bus from Ragusa or Catania at the Giarratana bus stop, where I can pick you up.

Ma ferme est un élevage biologique. Elle se situe dans les monts Hybléens, un paysage enchanteur, un lieu préservé, loin de la ville, au cœur d'une vallée entourée de nature.
J'élève des bovins semi-sauvages et j'ai aussi 35 poules, 3 chiens, 10 chats, etc.
Je cueille également des herbes et des champignons sauvages.
J'aime jardiner et produire de quoi me nourrir.
Les journées se déroulent au rythme de la lumière naturelle… On se lève à l’aube et on va au pâturage voir où est le troupeau… puis on s’occupe des animaux à l’étable… on leur donne du foin… on nourrit les chiens, les chats et les poules…
Ensuite, selon la saison, le reste de la matinée est consacré à d’autres activités… préparer le terrain pour les semailles d’automne… ou récolter et trier le fourrage au printemps… puis, le reste de l’année, on répare les clôtures… on nettoie les étables… on fait divers travaux d’entretien… on jardine 🥰… etc.
Les WWOOFers seront accueillis à la ferme, tout est partagé.
La maison est confortable et bien équipée.
J’ai un système photovoltaïque autonome qui fournit l’électricité, l’eau chaude et un réfrigérateur.
J’ai aussi un chauffe-eau et un poêle à bois pour l’hiver.
Ceux qui le souhaitent peuvent venir en tente ou en camping-car.
Les repas seront préparés et pris ensemble.
J'écoute beaucoup de musique.
J'aime la randonnée, et les endroits à visiter ne manquent pas ici.
