Sono Emanuele, un contadino che si è avvicinato alla biodinamica nel 2001 e, dopo numerosi studi ed esperienze pratiche, dal 2006 sono impegnato in prima persona nel costruire un vero e proprio Organismo Agricolo, una Individualità Agricola in cui i quattro elementi trovano un proprio equilibrio, armonizzati dai ritmi cosmici della luna e delle costellazioni. In altre parole, un organismo in cui il mondo degli insetti, quello degli animali, il mondo microbico e la qualità della massa vegetale sono in equilibrio. In azienda quindi oltre alla coltivazione di piante aromatiche ed officinali abbiamo una mucca (Carolina), delle caprette e delle arnie.

- attività a supporto dei processi di essicazione delle piante
Una porzione di abitazione è stata recentemente ristrutturata seguendo l'impulso dell'architettura organica vivente per accogliere i WooFer. Si tratta di una camera con bagno, un angolo cottura.
E' possibile pranzare e cenare insieme alla mia famiglia; la cucina è vegetariana.

My name is Emanuele, I am a farmer who became interested in biodynamics in 2001 and, after extensive study and practical experience, since 2006 I have been personally involved in building a true Agricultural Organism, an Agricultural Individuality in which the four elements find their own balance, harmonised by the cosmic rhythms of the moon and the constellations. In other words, an organism in which the world of insects, animals, microbes and the quality of plant matter are in balance. In addition to growing aromatic and medicinal plants, we also have a cow (Carolina), some goats and beehives on the farm.
WooFer activities:
- field work according to the cycle of the year
- activities supporting the plant drying process
A portion of the dwelling has recently been renovated following the principles of living organic architecture to accommodate the WooFers. It consists of a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchenette.
It is possible to have lunch and dinner with my family; the cuisine is vegetarian.
