Ciao, mi chiamo Sara, ho svolto volontariato agricolo per cinque anni di cui due iscritta a wwoof.
Quest'anno ho scelto un luogo dove stabilirmi e avviare un progetto in collaborazione con associazioni locali, gente del posto e viaggiatori, la cui mission è autoprodurre cibo e oggetti di uso comune per autoconsumo. Abbiamo tre cani e un gatto, vogliamo prendere galline e pecore.
Le attività che faremo variano tra orto e cura degli animali. Riordino e qualche pulizia si fanno sempre. Si prepara da mangiare e si progettano coltivazioni.
Vorremmo offrire laboratori di artigianato, raccolta di erbe spontanee e trasformazione dei prodotti agricoli.
Nelle ore in cui non stiamo all'aperto svolgiamo ricerca e sviluppo, per mantenere in vita il progetto.
I wwoofer sono ospitati in una camera singola con bagno, lenzuola incluse (portare asciugamani ) con riscaldamento a legna. Il cibo è di origine principalmente italiana, a base vegetale e (in parte) autoprodotto.
Ogni settimana andiamo almeno una volta a fare spese e commissioni varie, e per ogni volontario organizziamo almeno una uscita turistica (spiaggia, borghi, escursioni, eventi). La stazione del treno più vicina è Pedaso.

Hi, my name is Sara. I volunteered in agriculture for five years — two of those as a registered WWOOF.
I chose a place to start a project in collaboration with local residents and the help of travellers.
The mission is to produce food and everyday items for self-consumption.
We have three dogs and a cat. About to have hens and sheep.
We work in the vegetale garden and take care of the Animals, do some cleaning, then prepare food. After lunch we have a break and eventually continue After.
We do also natural building, crafts, foraging of wild herbs, processing agricultural products.
When Inside we work on research and development to keep alive any project.
WWOOFERs are housed in a single room with a bathroom, sheets included (bring towels), and wood-fired heating. Food is primarily Italian, plant-based, and (partly) home-grown.
We go shopping and run errands at least once a week, and we organize at least one sightseeing trip (beach, villages, hikes, events) for each volunteer. The closest train station is Pedaso.
