Ciao, mi chiamo Andreas. Con la mia famiglia composta da mia moglie, due figlie di 7 e 4 anni e mio padre, viviamo e lavoriamo sulla nostra collina in Umbria. Abbiamo animali, un grande orto, 600 piante di olivo e molto bosco.
Le mie giornate iniziano e finiscono nella stalla. Abbiamo vacche di razza grigio alpina, capre, galline, un asino e un cavallo. In base alla stagione poi lavoro nell'orto, faccio fieno o legna da ardere, raccogliamo le olive.
Condivideremo il pranzo e a volte anche la cena. Per vari motivi, come famiglia, spesso finiamo per mangiare tardi, e quindi concorderemo se sia il caso o se preferirai mangiare prima .
Il mio hobby è cercare i tartufi. Nelle vicinanze c'è un bellissimo paesino medievale, molto animato in estate

Hello, my name is Andreas. My family – my wife, our two daughters aged 7 and 4, and my father – and I live and work on our hill in Umbria. We have animals, a large vegetable garden, 600 olive trees and plenty of woodland.
My days begin and end in the barn. We have Grey Alpine cows, goats, chickens, a donkey and a horse. Depending on the season, I work in the vegetable garden, make hay or firewood, and we harvest the olives.
We’ll share lunch and sometimes dinner too. For various reasons, as a family we often end up eating late, so we’ll agree whether that’s suitable or if you’d prefer to eat earlier.
My hobby is searching for truffles. Nearby there’s a beautiful medieval village, which is very lively in summer
