Siamo Gaia (35) e Niccolò (41) , viviamo in questa casa (che per noi è il posto dei sogni) da 2 anni, ma questa proprietà è sempre stata della famiglia di Gaia ed è per noi un posto dell’anima!
Ora ci viviamo con i nostri due figli, 3 cani e 4 gatti (Gli animali per noi sono parte integrante della famiglia e sono sempre con noi)
C’è tanto da fare tra un giardino fiorito di circa 1000mq , animali da cortile, orto (con sempre tanti progetti e sperimentazioni in corso) e uliveto! Intorno alla casa ci sono circa 4 ettari di terreno coltivabile (per questa stagione è stato seminato grano) e un bosco che ci offre tante possibilità.
Le sistemazioni di pernotto che possiamo offrire sono in una casetta indipendente (a 10m da casa) completa di bagno, e siamo molto felici di condividere con voi quanto più possibile
Le nostre attività giornaliere sono la cura degli animali, dell’orto (con sempre qualche progetto in costruzione) e in primavera/estate c è molto da fare anche con il giardino tra cura delle piante e del prato.. A fine pomeriggio però ci piace recuperare un po di energie con un bell’aperitivo home made vista tramonti spaziali!
A seconda del periodo dell'anno ci prendiamo cura dell'uliveto con la produzione di olio extraergine d'oliva e la manutenzione ordinaria
Ci piacerebbe ospitare persone a cui piace la condivisione, per cenare insieme e condividere bei momenti, ma sappiamo quanto è importante un po di privacy e tranquillità quindi siamo disponibili fornendo anche soluzioni per pasti in autonomia
Ci piace tantissimo stare all'aperto e fare lunghe passeggiate nel territorio (ci sono molti sentieri da esplorare sui monti che circondano casa) e spesso quando gli impegni lo permettono visitiamo i borghi vicini perché sono veramente meravigliosi.
(Gaia è un’appassionata di fai da te e ogni giorno ha un nuovo progetto tra fuori e dentro casa)
Comunque è il nostro primo hobby rimane sempre cucinare!! (Seguiamo un'alimentazione vegetariana)

We are Gaia (35) and Niccolò (41). We’ve been living in this house (which is our dream home) for two years, and it’s always belonged to Gaia’s family – it’s a place close to our hearts!
We now live here with our two children, three dogs and four cats (For us, the animals are an integral part of the family and are always with us)
There’s plenty to do, like tending to a flower garden of around 1,000 square metres, looking after farmyard animals, tending the vegetable garden (where there are always lots of projects and experiments underway), and tending the olive grove! Surrounding the house are around 4 hectares of arable land (wheat has been sown for this season) and a woodland that offers us many possibilities.
The accommodation we can offer is a detached cottage (10 metres from the house) complete with bathroom and small kitchen, although we are of course very happy to share as much as possible with you
Our daily activities include looking after the animals and the vegetable garden (where there’s always a project underway), and in spring and summer there’s plenty to do in the garden too, tending to the plants and the lawn. In the late afternoon, however, we like to recharge our batteries with a lovely homemade aperitif, enjoying the view of stunning sunsets!
Depending on the time of year, we tend to the olive grove, producing extra virgin olive oil and carrying out routine maintenance.
We’d love to host people who enjoy sharing, so we can dine together and share lovely moments, but we know how important a bit of privacy and peace and quiet is, so we’re happy to provide options for self-catering as well.
We absolutely love being outdoors and taking long walks in the local area (there are plenty of trails to explore in the hills surrounding the house) and, whenever our schedules allow, we visit the nearby villages because they are truly wonderful.
(Gaia is a DIY enthusiast and has a new project every day, both inside and outside the house)
However, our number one hobby is still cooking!! (We follow a vegetarian diet)
