Ciao! Mi chiamo Tatiana, (del 1971) e insieme a mio marito abbiamo costruito la nostra piccola azienda agricola composta dalla nostra famiglia di 4 mucche e 30 capre. Viviamo in un paesino in provincia di Biella, Mongrando, immersi nella natura.
Tra le nostre attività principali trasformiamo latte in ottimi formaggi , e coltiviamo ortaggi e piccoli frutti. Vorremo che i WWOOFer ci aiutassero nella cura dei nostri animali e del nostro orto. Nella nostra azienda potranno imparare a produrre formaggi dal nostro latte vaccino e caprino, e con il nostro raccolto la produzione di conserve come buone marmellate e succhi di frutta.
I WWOOFer avranno a disposizione un piccolo appartamento completo di cucina e camera da letto. Il pranzo sarà fatto insieme in famiglia e la colazione con la cena saranno effettuate in autonomia.
Tra i miei hobby c'è la cucina, mi piace provare sempre ricette nuove. La nostra zona è circondata dalla natura, ricca di percorsi da trekking e mountain bike.

Hello! My name is Tatiana (born in 1971) and, with my husband, have built our small farm, which consists of our herd of four cows and thirty goats. We live in a small village in the province of Biella, Mongrando, surrounded by nature.
Among our main activities, we turn milk into excellent cheeses and grow vegetables and small fruits. We would like WWOOFers to help us look after our animals and our vegetable garden. On our farm, they can learn to make cheese from our cow’s and goat’s milk, and use our harvest to make preserves such as delicious jams and fruit juices.
WWOOFers will have a small flat at their disposal, complete with a kitchen and bedroom. Lunch will be eaten together as a family, whilst breakfast and dinner will be self-catered.
One of my hobbies is cooking; I always enjoy trying out new recipes. Our area is surrounded by nature, with plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails.
